This place was great! The staff was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we might need. They also recommended great places to eat. When we went it was quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. It wasn't far from the beach but not exactly in walking distance. The cottage was clean, nothing fancy but it had...

I rarely write reviews, but I'm tired of feeling ripped off. We stayed here because they allowed dogs. We had never been to this property, but the reviews seemed ok. Our first impression was it's a dive, but as long as it clean that’s fine. I saw a dead bug in the bathroom right when we arrived, but because it...

I really liked this place, we stayed in cottage 6, with 4 people and 3 dogs this place is a bit tight but it worked out. Our dogs had a great time, the kids had a great time. The cottage we were in looked to have recently updated hard wood floors. It had a back porch and is right next...

Nice, simple little 1950's two bedroom cottages. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Beds are comfortable. Futon would not be comfortable for adult, but worked nicely for child. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The property was nice with two parking spaces per cottage. The cottages are just down the street (less than three blocks) from the local grocery store (the IGA). Properties are also near the beach and pier but not within walking distance. Owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about best places to eat all the local entertainment options. Per night prices...

The condos are adorable. I Would stay there again. Forgot keys at rental office and the manager brought them. Very accommodating. It was quiet and clean. You can park at the front door. We were able to wash before we left. Check in and check out was quick and efficient

We stayed three nights at cottage #1 (purple); 3 gals. The lucky one got the room with the queen bed. She said it was very comfortable. The twin bed in which I slept was very comfy also, although I ended up on the futon b/c I’m not petite & wanted more room. Cottages are older but very cute & retro;...

We stayed in the last cabin on the left, I think it has been forgotten. The mildew smell, we never really got use to it. We noticed water damage on the floor boards of the bathroom. The wall air conditioning unit in the bedroom squeaked so badly we turned it off, luckily the window opened and the evenings were cool....

We stayed at the blue cottage during our vacation may 2014. All of us enjoyed the privacy we had in our cottage and service was excellent. The oweners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very clean and big enough for our family of 5. We loved sitting at the back poch where they have a swing and comfortable...

Our cottage was clean and cozy. Myself, two sons and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. My sons informed me that we will be back at the Sea and Sands Cottages.. We found everything we needed to have a great time at Port A. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need. The beds were comfortable and even...

“I would ask for cottage 6 or 7 if you want privacy and a little more room outside. They are at the end of the cottages and have more grassy area. Cabin 3 had a larger shower, so if you need more space this one is for you.”
