Port Aransas has become more expensive than Europe. You can find almost nowhere for a cheap, beach getaway. But then there's Amelia's Landing-clean, lots of extras, and very reasonable. The rooms are small but contain a comfortable bed, microwave, small fridge, adequate bath and breakfast...More

I've stayed at Amelia's Landing twice and it's a great little hotel in Port A. Nothing fancy but clean and very well located in the "town" section of Port Aransas. It's locally owned, reasonably priced, and the owners and staff are very friendly. Breakfast (usually...More

I spent the President's Day weekend in Port Aransas, and I stayed at Amelia's Landing Hotel again. This is my fifth stay at the place, and I can't see myself choosing another hotel in the area anytime soon. Here are the highlights: clean, comfortable, friendly...More

We arrived at Mustang Airport on Saturday and stayed for 4 nights. We stayed in the Apollo room which was a larger room and space themed. There were a lot of interesting memorabilia from NASA on the walls which me and my husband enjoyed looking...More

We had a great time. It worked out very well for the three of us girls to stay. The room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again. It was in a good location. The bathroom was vintage but spotless.

I know that they will not rent out rooms to people under 25 unless there is an adult over 25 supervising them. Call the hotel and explain your situation. The owners are wonderful people.

Unfortunately, the hotel was built before accessibilty was a standard practice. All of our rooms have steps to get to the room. Sorrry we would not be able to help you, I suggest the newer chain properties on the island.

You have to be 18 normally, but for the 2 weeks of spring break, the minimum is 25 years old. We like to keep a quiet property.
