I was there with a group from The Nature Conservancy of Texas. Excellent accommodations, and a very attentive and friendly staff! The food was very good. I would like to return and take advantage of the activities. I give the an unqualified recommendation.

Met my grown son at Falcon Point to do a fishing trip. Wind was high, temperature hot and the moon was wrong, so we decided not to fish. Turned out it was so quiet and relaxing that we ended up just hanging at the pool and catching up on life. Food was great and service even better. Can't think of...

We went for a laid back weekend get away and that is exactly what we got. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The good was excellent and the property itself was beautifully maintained. Our stay felt like an upscale personal ranch. Very few guests which was amazing... However all other guests were so kind as well. We went on...

This is a beautiful place to stay. Great hunting and fishing activities. I'd suggest taking advantage of as many activities as possible. The staff is very welcoming, nice, and accommodating. The food was great. We stayed in the motel-like rooms, not in the bunkhouse and did not see any pests (as reported by a previous reviewer). The rooms were clean...

An easy drive from Austin or Houston to start a great getaway from the busy city days! We were greeted by a welcoming staff and our room was well appointed with great lighting, ample room for bags, large bath and great towels! Super comfy bed and very clean too! Our hosts didn't miss a beat with many special touches like...

We reserved the Falcon Point Ranch bunkhouse with three other families in June 2012. While it had plenty of space for all of us, it was infested with scorpions and the floor was covered with dead bugs upon our arrival. I realize that scorpions are more common near the Texas coast, but we were killing 2-3 per day and had...

This is the place to stay if you like fishing, hunting and just sitting by the pool with a cold beer. We have been going down several time a year since they opened. The staff and owner are great. The best thing might be the nights, it is so quite.

My friends and I wanted to go wade fishing over the 4th of July weekend, but didn't want to leave our lovely brides at home. Enter Falcon Point Ranch....private waterfront lodge and rooms, with its own pier and dock, a beautiful luxury pool, first class meals from the in house chef, safari's in the exotic game rance......whew! We had a...
