Check in was very easy. You stop about a mile before there to the rental place to pick up your keys and parking pass, My two sons and I stayed at Saida towers 1 in condo 404. We originally were staying in a different one on the second floor, which was horrible. I called the rental company and the guy...

It's an old city with some historical places. It has nothing special. There is an old castle in sea side. Said sweets are famous. Once you are there, try and buy some. In fact we went there only to test and buy some sweets.

recently stayed there. Reads reviews after I returned. Looks like nothing has changed in 4 yrs of reviews. Floors left your feet black after walking on them. Showers had rusted hardware. The internet did not work and had no cable in the bedroom. Really dated. I can see not updating but someone could at least mop the floors with clean...

Room 4205 Clean kichen with granite countertops. Master bedroom has old hand-me-down furniture with what seems like the box springs as a mattress. No televisions in the bedrooms. The price for what you get is too much. There are some decent units in this complex, but it can be hard to get a specific unit.

There were others in our party who had decent units, but ours should NEVER have been rented out in the first place. Was so gross,...

We stayed at the Saida I this Labor Day Weekend. The room was very clean and the amenities are good. The thing that is terrible is the parking. These condos need to have assigned parking. Great place to stay, just be ready to park far and haul your stuff.

We showed up to a room that wasn't fully cleaned. The couches were dirty and smelly and the whole place was very outdated. The blind slats were missing in one of the bedrooms. It wasn't worth the 3k we paid at all!

As others have said the condos are quite dated. They offer zero supplies (no toilet paper or dish washing detegent). Views are nice. Yes it was a holiday and we were given two parking passes but the Parking was horrible. There were no spaces available when we arrived and we had to park on the street. We were there for...

Minor repairs need to be made at the facilities other than that the condo was comfortable and clean. Beachfront access with a shower to clean off, pool, tennis courts, gated/secure parking, coin laundry access, security roaming rhe property. Nice for price.
