As stated , this Marriott is in the middle of the the Sugar Land Square which has it good and bad sides. Great restaurants and bars close by, with lots of associated traffic. Valet parking is expensive by comparison to major hotels elsewhere, self parking is cumbersome at best. The streets are small and tight , especially on weekend nights....

I had a one night stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the bar and room. I made a detour to the bar after check-in and had the best jalapeño margarita that I've had anywhere. I also opted on the loaded fries, which were heavy with pulled pork. Really, really good. My room was a king-bed room and was very...

We stayed twice in this hotel the last weeks. First time experience was not that good with very unresponsive staff and wrong rooms. Second time it was better. Good size room, good airco. Rooms are aging, bathrooms could certainly receive a make over. Pool is nice. We like to location a lot. There are excellent breakfast- and diner options on...

Dear Frank K, Thank you so much for coming back to give us another chance after a less than stellar first experience. Please know that wifi is complimentary for Marriott Rewards members, and it is free to sign up. This can be done online or at any Marriott hotel. If we get the pleasure to host you again, please inquire...

We had a death in our family unexpectedly and my mother and I needed to travel from NY to Texas without much notice. We had other family from Corpus and Maryland who were flying down as well. With all the havoc and devastation, we were also nervous about finding a place for everyone to stay. Ms. Carmen Gito and her...

This is not an old hotel but it is truly aging. Plaster is falling from the walls in the bedroom. However the biggest flaw about this hotel is the staff and service. Only exception is the breakfast staff! The Wifi is a joke. If you are not a Marriott member you pay $10 a day for horrible quality connection. We...

First of all I must admit, the hotel has one quality going for it. Location...Location...Location It is a beautiful hotel when you first walk in, but looks can be deceiving, The rooms are generally a bit small but clean. But there isn't a restaurant in the hotel which is highly disturbing. When ordering room service, you are delivered what looks...

Dear TomAg80, I am very sorry to read about such a poor experience at our hotel. "That's not my job" is a phrase that has no place here and I am bothered that you were told that by one of our team members. Please feel free to ask for me directly at the hotel's main line (281-275-8400) to discuss this...

First visit to this Marriott, from the door people and the front counter people, I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. The bar could use a few more selections on their beer menu, again very friendly bartenders. My room was large, clean and I had a nice view of the town square. I will definitely will...

My wife and I stayed at the Sugar Land Marriott for my company's yearly Service Anniversary/ Pin Party. As usual, this Marriott Hotel showed up in it's usual 5 Star fashion. We had a wonderful stay and the service was "excellent"!

We found this Hotel lackluster for the amenities it offered. We could have saved a $100 per night and stayed at a local LaQuinta and got the same value. They have the worst room service menu selection we have ever seen. Reminded us of a Bar Menu at a Local Pub. No Ice Machines on any floor. Have to go...

This is the 2nd time i have stayed at this hotel, and my 2nd experience is not as good as the first time. This time the Hot Tub was broken the entire week we were there. The Breakfast Buffett was way over priced ($20 a person) for what was offered. The hallways were very warm and sometimes noisy at night....

Dear Matt H, Thank you for coming back to stay with us! First and foremost your comments have been noted and shared; we were actually remodeling our elevators at the time during your stay unfortunately it just was not the best timing. June is a wonderful member of our team and I am glad to recognized her.
