I stayed here for one night for work. Check in was easy and the person working the desk was very friendly.
The hotel needs updating but the room was fine for what I needed. It wasn't luxurious, but I wasn't expecting it to be.
In the past we enjoyed our stay here so we expected the same or better this trip. So disappointed!
We only had 1 friendly staff member (African American lady at the front desk). Everyone else was rude, abrupt and dismissive. The breakfast was horrible and...More

Family emergency trip so it's already bad, and then we check in. The staff was neglectful, we had to ask to check in. Our room was initially ok, missing every possible amenity, (coffee pods, toiletries, extra towels). After "cleaning" they sprayed some awful room freshener....More

They will only charge your card if you buy, destroy, steal, etc. I have had hotels charge my card after my departure for things I didn't get, but they always take them off. So, be sure and check your card for charges for at least a couple of months. If anything shows up just call the hotel and they will fix it.
