From the moment my girlfriends and I drove up it was a wonderful experience. The Cotton Palace is just that...a palace! The newly renovated home is the best B&B I have ever stayed in and my husband and I have stayed in many over the years. My friends and I stayed in Matt's attic and there was plenty of space... More

My sister, mom, and I were visiting Waco and my sister and I surprised my mom with a stay in this beautiful place. We loved Dutch and Vicki so much. Can't wait to come back! We stayed in Matt's Attic, perfect little spot for three ladies. Food was yummy!!

My wife and I have been to many terrific B&Bs in the Northeast. Our experience at The Cotton Palace was simply the best. Our room was beautiful, our bed was comfortable, the common rooms were inviting. Our hostess, Vicki Mathews, welcomed us to the Inn and took the time to talk to us about our interests in Waco. Our breakfast... More

The Cotton Palace came highly recommended by the gals at Magnolia Market. This special B&B did not disappoint. We were so grateful to Vickie for being so friendly and immediately felt at home as she greeted us at the door. The breakfast was first class. Arens Room was spacious and classic. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Cotton Palace two years ago when we were visiting Baylor. My husband and I visited my daughter this past weekend so I wanted him to have the experience my daughter and I had. His remarks were, what a pleasant experience with Vicki, Dutch, and Jennifer. We felt at home once we arrived. We... More

God surely directed our steps this weekend, as my daughter and I took our first college road trip to visit Baylor. Words cannot adequately express our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness, care, and love that we received while staying at The Cotton Palace. Make no mistake... this is not your typical B & B. Vicki, Jennifer and Dutch welcomed us... More

WOW! Picture Perfect. Pure Delight. Loved It. Vickie was wonderful as owner and hostess. Breakfast was not only a gourmet meal but we were entertained by "Dutch" who was original owner and our distinguished waiter. Hilarious and great historian on all Waco If you go to Waco, stay at the Cotton Palace. You will not be disappointed.
