I'll start off by saying that it's difficult to not compare our recent trip with when I used to visit yearly as a kid 20+ years ago. We tent camped, which was decent, but NO SHADE! The once beautiful pine forest is GONE! Tent sites are grassy, come with an electric and water hookup with a light on top. Also...

First time to camp ever. Staff was polite and helpful. Things to fix: 1.) Drive through escort would be great service to offer...it's really hard to drive, maneuver a trailer and find your slot when golf carts and kids on bikes are coming at you from all directions. A golf cart leading the way sure would help. 2. Replace the...

Our family and another family RV together and we took our big rigs to Lone Star Jellystone Park for the end of Spring Break week. The kids loved the place and with so many other kids running around everyone drove slow and cautious...the kids loved the putt putt golf and the water park. We will return again soon! Highly recommend....

Our kids love going to yogi bear every year for spring break. The staff here are the best we've experienced anywhere. Very helpful, super nice and security is good. We can relax here and our kids get to have more freedom to just play and ride bikes. We love it and have never had any issues.

This was our first experience at a jelly stone and loved it. Stayed here with our 3 kids at the end of October. Water park was still open and it was so much fun. Loved the playground and human foosball. We really enjoyed the nighttime movie and free mini golf. We can't wait to come back.

Was so excited to stay at this resort with my sister in law, my kids, and my niece. Check in was relatively easy and the girl at the gate was really friendly. We threw our bags in the cabin after discussing how cute the cabin was and went swimming. Wasn't super impressed with the lazy river: it was a bit...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Jennifer. Please accept our sincere apologies that you were not satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately, bed bugs are a problem for many hotels and campgrounds due to the fact they are brought in by someone who comes to camp with us. We clean each cabin thoroughly after each check-out...

The following is a letter that I sent to the management of Lone Star Jellystone Park. I never received a response. To the management: I booked a reservation for October 18-20 for myself and my 5-year-old granddaughter, who was excited about the trip. The total cost was $277.78. Upon arrival, we checked into our cabin, got settled and then decided...

Spent 3 nights here and loved it! Even in the slightly chilly weather we got to enjoy the lazy river, slides and pools. They have a great put-put golf course. The staff was very accommodating too. We will definitely be returning!

Just survived weekend camping w/7 teen girls (and two adults). We were 9 in a 10 person cabin. It was very adequate, space wise. I read lots of reviews prior to attending and was still in the dark on a few items. So I wanted to give a detailed review to assist others. The 10 person cabin has two individual...
