Lovely setting, rustic yet comfortable accommodations. The Earthwind is bigger than I thought from the pictures and just adorable! i never sleep well when not at home, and I slept like a baby. Great pillows and comfy bed. These people really have their act together. The food is excellent and delivered on time even in the pouring rain! There are... More

We loved the Mariah cabin! It feels so secluded even though you are not very far out of town. The porch may be my favorite part of this cabin. Sitting on the porch swing while drinking my coffee was just pure bliss. This is a handicap accessible cabin which was very important as my father was in a wheelchair. The... More

We stayed in the Mariah cabin for the weekend because we were attending a wedding at the Rust Ranch and it was amazing! It was the perfect size for 2 adults and our 2 children. I'm very frugal with my money so staying at a Bed and Breakfast sounded like it was a little out of my financial comfort zone.... More

We stayed in the Earthwind cabin with a large front porch that had a great swing on it. We were in town for a wedding and didn't spend too much time there but it was great. Breakfast was delivered like clock work both mornings. One day it was individual quiches with bacon and fruit and the next it was scrambled... More

We stayed at the Southwind Inn during our summer week long visit to the Texas Hill Country as cabins were all booked for 4th of July week. We were a party of six and Kent provided excellent accommodations and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed Kent's stories and advice for places to visit. He's very knowledgeable about the local attractions. The location... More

My wife and I stayed in the Cat's Paw room for a Saturday night and it amazing! The room was perfect, quaint, and cat-themed!!! The bed was firm and comfortable, the room had a window unit and ceiling fan. The television is small, but if your watching TV at this place, you are doing it wrong! The bathroom was private... Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a nice, relaxing stay in the Earthwind cabin. We really enjoyed the swing on the front porch and enjoyed the fireplace at night. Breakfast was delicious and loved that it was brought to the cabin. Our dog Lucy loved the doggie biscuits, thank you for including her! We definitely will return!

Took a road trip to the Texas Hill Country on my Harley to ride the Devil's Backbone via Wimberley, TX, Dripping Springs, Johnson City, Blanco, and Canyon Lake. I was looking for comfort and pricing, I found both at Southwind Bed & Breakfast Inn. As I made my way up the limestone road I passed up 4 rustic cabins secluded... More

I chose SWB&B for price as we already knew we wanted to stay near Wimberley for our 10th Anniversary trip. The B&B is very rustic with great views of the Texas Hill Country and Kent, proprietor was very fun to chat with. We stayed in the Zephyr room on the first floor and were the only guests in the main... More
