Stayed at the Circle D for an overnight while visiting Escalante. Great place, very good location while visiting the area, very clean and the adjacent Circle D restaurant is excellent ! Would definitely come again for a few days' stay.

Escalante has only 800 townies. Options can be limited. Circle d is not a 5 star hotel in a big city. Items are a bit dated, the bathrooms have older style fixtures, tv is small (but who wants to stare at the tv in this country) etc. But for the location it is perfect. We stayed in a suite that...

We were 8 touring SE Utah. This was our last stop. Robert, the manager, was very helpful as we had to adjust our reservations several times. We arrived early, but were able to put all our equipment in our rooms. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. It is very quiet at night. We rented one room with...

Owner is very nice, interested in your hikes, provides good advice on where to hike. Tile floors nice to keep a dog cool when it's hot. Close to good dog walking areas. Recycling bin. Large enough freezer in mini fridge for half gallon milk jugs. Comfortable beds.

I needed a place to stay for one night. I was in town to hike a slot canyon. Circle D was a perfect choice. It is a small privately run motel. The rooms are simple and clean. There is a restaurant attached, but I did not eat there. I did leave some needed paperwork in the room. Circle D called...

Superb place to stay and use as a hub to explore the area. Basic room with microwave and fridge. No frills place. Clean rooms with helpful staff. Our room had a selection of guide and hiking books and information. No breakfast included. Overall a great stay. Would stay here again.

This is a funky little motel with comfortable beds and it is reasonably clean. Staff is very nice. The atmosphere and furnishings are eclectic to say the least. Stayed here 3 nights and am not sure how it's competitors fair when compared with it!

This traditional old style motel was in the perfect location for access to the park Rooms were basic yet also were stocked with microwave refrigerator and coffee maker. Food at adjacent restaurant was ok And as it was end of season, many items were no longer available (this issue was understandably repeated in many places)

Stayed here at the last minute when we decided to end our backpacking trip a day early and urgently needed a place to stay, clean up, and get some food, Staff was super helpful and the rate was very reasonable. Basic but room had a fridge to keep our drinks cold and the adjoining restaurant will give you ice if...

Walking into the office was like checking into a motel in the 1960’s, save for the computer on the counter. Check- in was pleasant and not a rush. The room was okay in size and the beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet. As another reviewer mentioned, the bed spreads were vintage thrift store, but everything was clean. We were...
