We spent one night and really enjoyed not being in a hotel/motel. The couple who own and run this B&B are great to talk to and wonderful host. Room was clean and very comfortable. Home cooked breakfast was worth the trip. Very convenient location if visiting parks

We stayed one night at this property and that was plenty long enough. The hotel is old and very quirky. The toilet was in a room separate from the shower...and on opposite sides of the room. Bed was very high and you needed to use a step on the night stands to get into it. Breakfast was OK. One of... More

This is a nice B&B if you plan to visit both parks in Utah, Zion and Bryce. We had two rooms and they were comfortable, the beds very big. We arrived very late and felt really bad because the lovely land lady was nearly going to sleep! I would say the hotel is 45 drive from Zion and 1 hour... More

The Smith Hotel B&B is in a great location if you are visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon NP, as it is between the two. The room was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were delicious, and the owners were very friendly and helpful regarding what to do and see in the area. I would highly recommend... More

The worst hotel, bed & breakfast we have ever been in. The rooms were so dirty, layers of dust and grime everywhere. Extension cords connected tv, fan, radio, etc. in the rooms - a real fire hazard. It's an old hotel, so we expected outdated and 'quaint' furnishings and probably not the latest amenities. But this was ridiculous! The rooms... More

We loved the Smith Hotel B&B! It was an oasis of serenity after long, sun-filled days of hiking, with a fabulous breakfast the next morning to get your another day off to a great start. Genevieve and Jerry were our hosts; as they served us wonderful coffee, fruit, cereal, yogurt along with croissants (one day) and out of this world... More

Stay here, really don't look further. Location is perfect for Zion & Bryce,, we also drove to Page for Antelope Canyon( use Ken's Tours). Be aware of time zone change if you reserve tour there. Use Utah route there & scenic 89A through north Arizona back, stunning scenery. Breakfasts here,,Sooo good- you won't need lunch, you will be full. Comfy... More

I had the best stay I had in Utah. It was very clean with no air fresheners or perfume smells. I have to be careful of my asthma and this was the best place I've stayed at my whole trip. The owners were very friendly and helpful about directions and planning out places to see.

We loved this place. We just needed a 1 night stop somewhat near Bryce, and were very welcomed, after a long day at Bryce and a surprise snowstorm. The room was nice, the bed VERY comfy, all very clean. It is an old historic home, so it has it's quirks, but that's part of the charm of B & B's... More

When I first got to the B&B, all I wanted to do was get back in the car and leave, even leaving my money (prepaid for two nights) behind. The surroundings are depressing - junker cars and trucks on almost every lot and every business in town is closed. The B&B itself is an old, superficially run-down building and our... More
