Clean and adequate for an overnight stay. This our second time here. Very friendly staff. Some rooms are very small but if you're just going to shower and sleep, it's not an issue. Best of all, the price is about half of what you'll pay elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We are clean and some of our rooms are on the small side. The Robbers Roost Motel was built in the 40s-50s, apparently they didn't need or require as much room as we like now. :)

Place is ild but clean. Needs some repairs from a professional handy man instead of DIY but. The owner was wo derful, bed was comfortable, ro was quiet and the shower has the best pressure I have ever had from any hotel... seriously ever. Good price.

Thank you for your review. We do offer more room service if that is what the customer wants, but we try to leave that to the customer. We are about 45 from Arches NP, 60 minutes from Canyonlands NP and 90 minutes from Capitol Reef NP.

We stopped here on our way out and back on a road trip, so only spent a total of two nights here. The first night we were almost late for the check in time but they were very polite and courteous. Our room was fine and seemed clean, but there was a smell like someone microwaved some food or something......

Stayed here 3 nights, while hiking in the Moab area. Facilities are old , but our room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. Good value for the price! Green River is a cheaper option to Moab if you are hiking Arches or Canyonlands.. about a 40 minute drive...

This isn't a glamor or luxurious place to stay - but it is clean and neat and well under a half the price of the places nearer to the interstate. The owner is delightful - when we asked about a relatively obscure local "attraction" - he researched it for us and brought us back information. And - speaking of research...

If you don't need anything beyond the basics, this is your place. And mine, too! We stayed at Robbers Roost before on our way to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and made sure to include it on our itinerary this year as we passed through Utah on I-70. From the outside it looked the same as before, but we were...

Great price for this motel on the way to Lake Havasu AZ. The motel was clean but very dated. If you need a place to spend a night passing through this is it. It's an old fasion drive in motel but it is very clean and everything works.

Most reasonably priced lodging in town. 1940s vintage; very plain. Clean, but in need of major upgrading. Office locked when left @ 8 AM. Not even coffee available. Fine for one overnight. Some dead bugs in room.
