Works for me. I stay here often when I am in Green River. Clean, low cost, convenient to the truck stop restaurant next door. Staff is always nice and helpful. Unless you must have 4-star accommodations, look elsewhere. Otherwise, save you money and stay here.
Clean hotel with average facilities and nothing really appealing or enticing. We did find a bite to eat down the road a mile or two but this place served it's purpose for a one night stay while traveling through town.
All hotels in town had been completely booked so we where stuck with Knights Inn. Check In went smooth but as soon as I had walked into the lobby it was stinky, dirty and super dated. It had been a long day of traveling and we had no other choice but to drive over an hour to Price for another hotel so we decided to suffer the night. Upon entering the room the smell was awful. Like body odor, mildew and bad men’s cologne. The carpet was ripped, stained and we found toenail clippings and candy all over. The table top was dirty and had dried crusty food on it. The bathroom was pretty scary. I’ll just have to shower as soon as I get home. The toilet rocks and the sink needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Front desk staff was notified and called for some poor guy to come clean the room. They didn’t bother to tell him the situation, they just sent him in our room with a key. So he walked in on us as we gathered out belongings so the room could be cleaned around us. He had a complete look of shock and embarrassment on his face and ran back out. I followed to find the front desk staff rudely telling him to go clean the room. Room was cleaned at the expense of the poor mans pride. He apologized several times and we thanked him for all he did. And told him we knew if wasn’t his fault but we appreciated his work. Front desk staff continued to be aloof about the situation. No offer for a discount on the room. I will be contacting management, corporate and anyone else I can for a refund or assistance in this matter. If only we could have just driven away. If you ever find yourself passing through, just keep going by. Do not stop here! It was awful 24 years ago when I stayed with my grandmother and it’s awful now. Consider my lesson learned. …
Not the best hotel in town, but the staff is exceptionally friendly and the rooms are acceptable. We are a bunch of dirt bike riders and just need a place to clean up and sleep each night after riding all day. We don't need fancy.
The rooms were very very old (in my sister's room the carpet was coming up in clumps), the tv tiny, the heater hilarious to try and adjust, but it was clean and the staff very kind. The pillows were clumps, so I'd recommend bringing your own. It would be a good place to just sleep and move on. We might come here again if we go back to Goblin Valley.
