We ended up at Duke's RV Park only because the motel owned by the same people was damaged by flash flooding in town. We weren't quite sure what to expect, but were blown away by the wonderful cabins. The cabins seem quite new; ours was VERY spacious and comfortable -- probably our favorite room on our month-long trip! There were wood floors and knotty pine paneling covering all walls and ceilings. It was lovely to not have to worry about noise between rooms. The kitchenette area has lots of counter space and a good sized refrigerator. The bathroom has plenty of counter space. There is a good table w/ two chairs for meals, and a table/chairs on porch (too cold/windy to use in October). The only negatives were that driveways are unpaved, so rain turned everything into sticky mud which tooks days to dry out; fortunately an RV-style water faucet at each cabin was great for cleaning muddy shoes. We were grateful to have a laundry facility available but wished it had been cleaner; the folding table wasn't clean and a washer had sand inside and the trash can by the door was overflowing for days. Overall, we LOVED the cabin and would stay again in a heartbeat. One note on Hanksville -- be sure to bring food, since there is no place to buy food in town -- the only market is a joke, with virtually nothing worth buying -- we ended up driving back to Moab (110m each way) to resupply during our stay.

Duke’s RV Park in Hanksville, UT was a very good fit for our needs! Located in an out-of-the-way location, it was in the perfect place for us to stop our Winnebago for the night. The people at Duke’s were very good to deal with and the facilities provided everything we needed and at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Duke’s RV Park in Hanksville, UT!

The place is immaculately clean and spacious. The restaurant nearby is not only super good but the staff is super friendly! We will definitely be coming back for our Utah return. This place truly is a hidden gem!

So I really didn't know what to expect from an RV park cabin, as I am normally pretty picky with where we stay on trips. I was pleasantly surprised with these cabins and the overall upkeep of this rv park. I don't have an RV so I don't usually use these places. The cabin was as described, clean, comfortable, well lit, with an AC that worked well. In that area, these cabins seem to be one of the nicest places to stay. The staff were helpful and we even added a night to our stay. I'd definitely happily stay there again, and that pretty much says it all.

Stayed here for 1night in a TENT. The tent campground has almost no shade but is grassy. However, it also functions as a doggy potty ground! .... This was not on the brochure as there dogs have to use the area at the front of the site ... so not very sanitary in my opinion. We were lucky (and tired) that after July 4th there were hardly any people + dogs but I'd not recommend this place for TENT camping. Also, the property next door appears to host a neglected dog yapping/crying all night for attention/food.
