We had a wonderful time at the Riverside Ranch. Though we stayed in the motel, the 16 acre property has a spacious RV Park and campground that has WIFI, showers and a blue ribbon river running through it where you can fish for trout. The price is VERY reasonable and the staff is first class going out of their way...

Friendly owners, nice camping (RV/tent) areas & cabins. Cabins are clean w/cable TV, WiFi, fridge & microwaves. Great place for family reunions! Fishing, game areas for kids, Bar-B-Q's, fire pits, etc. ORV near by.

Barbara was amazing from the second we arrived! The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was so quiet and relaxing. We had a fire with the wood that we bought from the owner and she provided us with more then we bought and even provided sticks for our s'mores. I would recommend this motel to anyone!!!

I called this park twice, two different days, and left messages to call me back about availability for a weeks stay in the RV park. No return calls. Tried to make reservations on line, only let me go to the hotel portion of reservations. Could NOT get to any RV reservations, only page on web site for rates. Not good...

Campfires with the owners toasting marshmallows, great fellowship and viewing the stars...amazing. Bill and Barbara are so kind and gracious, very accommodating. Under new management and lots of improvements already made with more planned. Stayed 2 nights while heading to Bryce Canyon. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and had a refrigerator/microwave. Laundry facilities on the grounds. My teenagers...

Riverside Ranch is a combination RV/motel property situated in a beautiful valley at Hatch UT, on hiway 89 close to Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park. Under new ownership, the motel's rooms are pleasant and clean, the motel staff very gracious and helpful. A very relaxing place to stay. Restaurant facilities in Hatch are limited and you will probably end up making...

We RV'ed 2300 miles over 10 days staying at 9 RV Parks from KOA to private. Riverside Ranch was by far one of the best - quiet, clean, spacious and magnificent views. Bill (the owner) was especially helpful with local places of interest, and had he not mentioned Red Canyon we would have likely driven passed this easily missed treasure...

During a recent two week road trip through the southwest, we searched for hotels that were both affordable and convenient to whatever activities we had planned for each day. With ten different hotels booked, I have to say this was our favorite! As soon as I walked in the office one of the owners, Bill, came around the desk and...

A nice stay with clean room, unique decorations and everything you need for a motel (does have fridge). In addition, the natural view outside is aaawesome!! We came here for Bryce/Zion. We chose Riverside Ranch because it's between these two national parks. It's just ~30min drive but much less crowded with an unbeatable price! You cannot imagine how hard it...
