I was in the area to work and the hotel was close to where I needed to be, it was not the cheapest option but decided to treat myself and spend a little more The staff were excellent , friendly and professional and the rooms are what you would expect from this brand Laundry facilities helped allot and the internet...

My experience at this hotel results in an overall marginal rating (just below satisfactory). It truly feels like an upgraded Motel 6. As you walk in the front door, the lobby is tiny and a quick glance to the left allows you to see the smaller than average breakfast area. The two business computers and printers are right out in...

Not fancy but adequate. Bed was firm, room clean, front desk and dining area workers pleasant -- all except one. On my last evening I called the front desk around 9:15 PM to request a wake up call at 6:30 am. I was greeted with: "how about you calling us at 5 AM and waking us up" in a very...

Dear Woodsnottraveled, I am so sorry for your recent experience at the Fairfield. It is completely unacceptable for any of my staff to speak that way to a guest. I would like to look into who was working the front desk that night. If you could please email me directly at jessicas@wslm.biz, so we can further discuss your stay. I...

Everything we requested was ready and honored. Staff was nice I have come to expect this with Marriott properties. They do great in this department. Bedding was good and comfy. The room was clean except for a weird sticky stain on the carpet and a damp smell. The smell may have just been the AC it seems it had been...

Cruiserttd, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate the candid feedback you have given us. I am sorry for the noise disturbance you experienced during your stay. I know that the service you experienced is not the service that you expect from a Fairfield Inn and I am deeply saddened by that. I hope...

This room smelled MUSTY, with a hint of mildew. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room, however, did not dry the air. It was like a swamp in the winter in the room. Now, room was clean, shower was hot, and Internet was stable. Oh, don't book a room facing the road. Noisy!

This place is great! The front desk staff was wonderful and the rooms are clean. The soundproofing is good, I didn't hear a thing. The room is dark so I slept very well. Free breakfast is a huge score! Location is unbeatable: walking distance to the mall, movie theaters, and tons of restaurants. Enjoy your stay!
