We celebrated our 27th anniversary in June at the Sundial.Upon arriving to our room, there was a card from the staff welcoming us and congratulating us. When I opened the fridge there was a bottle of champagne! They really made us feel special! The rooms are gorgeous and clean and the bed was like a cloud. The staff was friendly...

Decided to come back to Park City this summer and I am glad we did! We checked in with Danielle who was friendly and helpful. She informed us of some fun things to do around town, which was very nice. Our room was perfect for us and very clean. The pool was great for cooling off after unloading our car!...

My wife and I have been road tripping for years. We booked this hotel online through trip advisor as we have always done. Upon arriving to our room we noticed that we were given a queen bed instead of a king as we had paid for. We went back to the front desk to inquire about it. We had paid...

I apologize for the confusion on your reservation. There are different management companies that operate at Sundial Lodge. It appears you were interacting with 2 different management companies during the same time period which added to the confusion. Sundial Lodge is not a hotel it is an HOA association. Each condo is individual owned and managed. So while one company...

Had to stay here when adjacent Hyatt Centric did not hold rooms for a conference. There are no real hotel services here. Even if you ask for your room to be cleaned you will return to a room with an unmade bed, day old coffee in the coffeemaker and toiletries not replenished. Towels felt like sandpaper and to use TV...

Dear NewYorkercynic, Thank you for your feedback. The Sundial Lodge is a condominium property, with all condos being individually owned and decorated. I understand your confusion regarding it being a hotel, as operations appear very similar. I do apologize to you for not meeting your expectations. We strive to make your visit as memorable as possible. I am sorry we...

We stayed here on the last night of our anniversary road trip through Utah! Other than the front desk staff being friendly, the hotel was a major disappointment. The bed was not clean. The sheets could not have been changed. The toilet didn't work properly after maintenance worked on it. The air conditioning was not working properly. We should have...

I'm sorry to hear about the issues during your stay. We are always happy to upgrade guests if at all possible. Unfortunately you were only here for 1 night during high occupancy so we could not move you. I have emailed you an offer for a future stay so please contact me directly and we will work to make your...

It was a nice room. A really good bed. The facility is nice. Be aware that the pool is much smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. The first morning we did not have hot water but this was corrected within 15 minutes after calling room service. Then again only tepid water for a shower on the morning...

Thank you for your review and feedback on the amenities. It can take the hot water a little time circulate to the ends of the buildings on a sold out weekend like 4th of July as a large number of rooms are using hot water at the same time. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am pleased to see you...

Dear Juraj M, Thank you for your review. I apologize that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. My family -- 2 adults, 3 children -- stayed at the Sundial from 6/27-6/30. We had a 2-room suite, which was perfect.
