We stayed in D108 from Park City Ski Places and it was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The feather beds are a dream to sleep on, and the location is great. You'd be hard-pressed to find more bang for your buck anywhere else.

It is about the equivalent of a city block. You have to walk to the bus stop that is at another hotel on the opposite side of the ski village. Canyons Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are now one connected ski resort so it it possible to take a lift up into the mountains from Sundial Lodge and then ski down into Park City ski area. I hope this answers your question.
