Terrible. That's all I can say about this dump. We had reserved a premium studio (featured on their website) and were placed in a 1970's studio condo that had not been cleaned. Seriously! At first we thought the throw-back linoleum was merely stained. Then we ran a damp paper towel over it. Dirty. When we complained to the front desk...

Is the worst place in all Park City, it is expensive (1000$ a month) for a small dirty studio and they will tell you that they are going to give you your deposit back but all you get are a thousand excuses... I would never go back there again they are just thieves... CAREFUL FOREIGNERS THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL...

After reading all of the reviews I was really nervous to arrive here. When we got into our room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was fair large with a big comfy bed, couch, kitchen, decent sized bathroom, balcony. We enjoyed the room itself. The first night was nice and relaxing. I assume that we didn't have any neighbors that...

The Prospector has just gone through a multi million dollar remodel and the place has a brand new feel. These are condo units that have individual owners and the finish and quality of each unit can vary greatly. There is a 24 hour front desk and yes the Prospector rents out owners rooms like a hotel, but in my experience,...

The room was dated, had pealing plaster in the bathroom as well as mildew on the shower curtain. There was rot on the baseboards in the bathroom as well. No maid service either. Definitely not worth the money. I would rather stay in salt lake and drive for the price.

We went just as a couple for a quick 4 day ski get away. We tried to not spend a fortune, which is not easy to do in Park City in February! The Prospector had mixed reviews so we were a bit skeptical but our experience was fine. The check-in process was a breeze, even at midnight. The person at...

I had a conference near the Prospector Square and the Marriot was booked. Given that this was peak season in Park City, The Prospector Lodge was quite reasonable. Criteria that matter most to me--comfort of beds, cleanliness, close proximity to bus line--were met. However, this is very bare bones. There was no bathtub, and the shower stall was tiny. There...

I would challenge anyone to find a more centrally located hotel in Park City. I made it to all 3 resorts over a 5 day trip. I rode my bike to PC mountain resort and also deer valley! The free bus took me to canyons, and it runs very frequently. I took the bus to Main Street as well, but...

I've stayed at The Prospector before in winter, but this was my first summer stay. This place is a gem! Everything about our room was charming. We booked through the HomeAway website, listing number 346404. The owners have more than 1 condo so we are always able to find a room. The room was newly updated, with granite, a floor...

I loved staying here so much! The staff was amazing, they treated my friend and I so great and were extremely helpful. The location is also great and the rooms are really cool! I thought the staff was very efficient and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Thank Kelsey H
