The Peaks Hotel was a clean, very helpful staff and super location. We did not utilize the shuttle or the public bus but the stop is at the front door. The pool, hot tubs and sauna were a great way to recoup after a long day of snowboarding and skiing.

Front desk did not allow early check in after previously stating room would be ready. Front desk did not process payment on a different credit card as they were instructed. Rooms decor was old and outdated.

Ramon and the shuttle service were phenomenal. We got dropped off and picked up at Canyons and Park City ski areas and at restaurants without having to call rideshare or take the public bus (even though the bus station is outside the front door). The hot tub and pool (you can swim from inside to outside) were great. Was in...

Peaks offers excellent value and access to outstanding skiing at many nearby resorts. Staff friendly. No restaurant for breakfast but dinner and bar menus with excellent options, very well prepared. Comfortable; not luxury.

The hotel is centrally located with many nice staff people. It has a nice outdoor hot tub and great new pizzeria. Unfortunately this is offset by lack of management attention. We had leaking sprinklers over both beds, which they were unable to fix while we were there for four nights. I had to put plastic bags over the heads, not...

We would have liked restaurant breakfast. Breakfast service was slow with only one person tending the counter. Our room had only a small three-drawer dresser (for two people on a ski trip!). Restaurant was OK. Food quality pretty good but limited menu. My wife ordered wine on a few occasions and the pour sizes varied greatly -- not good!

Staff was great but room was just OK. Constant heavy blowing of heat fan caused respiratory issues. Duvet was too hot to use and the supplied blanks was old and worn. Sliding door to small balcony did not slide. No continental breakfast was a disappointment.

This is a great place to stay if you are skiing Park City or Deer Valley. It is right on the free city bus route plus they have their own bus shuttle. There are many amenities including heated pool, two hot tubs, sauna, exercise room. Food was excellent in the restaurant & staff very friendly.

Overall, this is a great place to stay while skiing Deer Valley. Location for the bus stop was perfect! Staff was friendly - Jarrett was very caring, understanding and tried to solve a small issue we had with the afternoon staff. We pre-booked a shuttle to town for dinner, Jarrett had it all set but the afternoon staff refused to...

Good prices and nice facilities. Love the lounge where you can socialize and play games. The rooms are nice and quiet. Gives you an opportunity to also socialize in the indoor/outdoor pool and sauna. The lack of food options gets you a bit. They have some sandwiches in the cafe and the complimentary shuttle will drop you in the area....
