As a long time customer of the Park City Peaks Hotel, I would like to express the efficiency and friendliness of the staff we have grown to love over the years: Maxine Jensen, Director of Sales; Melody Brusnahan, Group Sales Manager; Diane, Restaurant Operations Manager; Chris, Director of Housekeeping. For the last seven visits to Park City, I have been...

We loved our stay at the Peaks hotel in park city. Centrally located with a FREE bus stop located right out the front of hotel. That would take you to base of the mountain / Main Street or anywhere else you needed to go. It runs every 20 minutes. Rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable,...

Molly, Thank you for your kind review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay at the Peaks. Thank you for your feedback regarding the dryness in your guest room. We stayed here early March for a ski trip. Friendly staff! Hot tub/pool under renovations but they provided a shuttle service to local spa for their hot tub. Amazing free breakfast during ski season: waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, coffee, juice, ect. Bus stop right outside hotel and great access to the ski slopes. Restaurant food was really...

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our improved breakfast was one of the first parts of our renovation so we are glad you enjoyed it! With our renovation we will have improved sound proofing between walls! We apologize for our "yappy" guest. We hope to see you again soon.

Peaks Hotel was welcoming and an excellent value. The pool was not open when I was there at the end of Feb, 2016 which was a Real bummer. The resturant for the evenings was also great value. But it should open at 3 pm for after ski drinks rather than 5 pm. The BEST part of the Vacation week at...

Diane, Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate your suggestions about the bar and we will pass that along to our Food and Beverage Supervisor. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and your time skiing at Deer Valley! Hope to see you again next ski season.

This was our third stay at this property and look forward to the next time. Convenient to mountains,an official shuttle stop to take you wherever, very comfortable beds, cookies and hot chocolate in the evenings! It just works well. Having self serve laundry on site is a big plus, especially after skiing! Excellent, curtious and helpful staff. They will do...

A solid, moderately priced Park City Hotel. Comes with a good breakfast, and a nice family style pool/spa area. Ski clubs frequently stay here for the value. Although not the Ritz, the accommodations are comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff friendly. Situated on the town bus lines, it's easy to get anywhere from this hotel, without the requirement of...

The hotel was comfortable with the right amenities for our ski club. The best feature was the attention paid our group by "Max", aka Maxine Jensen the Director of Sales and Marketing. For us skiers she lead a "Blues Cruise" at Deer Valley which guided us around the trails and helped us get oriented. She was funny, knowledgeable, and fun...

This was the fourth time I brought our ski club to The Peaks. The staff was as friendly and efficient as ever, but the facilities have declined. The main restaurant was closed and so were the pool and hot tub (They were under reconstruction.). The hot tub was always one of the highlights of our trips. At least we still...

Peaks was good but our ski tour at Deer Valley made the whole experience much better and was the highlight for me. Maxine or aka Max, has an awesome personality and that combined with her knowledge of the mountain and terrain made our group experience a trip to remember. We had almost 30 in our group and she was able...
