Peaks Hotel was welcoming and an excellent value. The pool was not open when I was there at the end of Feb, 2016 which was a Real bummer. The resturant for the evenings was also great value. But it should open at 3 pm for after ski drinks rather than 5 pm. The BEST part of the Vacation week at...

Diane, Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate your suggestions about the bar and we will pass that along to our Food and Beverage Supervisor. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and your time skiing at Deer Valley! Hope to see you again next ski season.

This was our third stay at this property and look forward to the next time. Convenient to mountains,an official shuttle stop to take you wherever, very comfortable beds, cookies and hot chocolate in the evenings! It just works well. Having self serve laundry on site is a big plus, especially after skiing! Excellent, curtious and helpful staff. They will do...

A solid, moderately priced Park City Hotel. Comes with a good breakfast, and a nice family style pool/spa area. Ski clubs frequently stay here for the value. Although not the Ritz, the accommodations are comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff friendly. Situated on the town bus lines, it's easy to get anywhere from this hotel, without the requirement of...

The hotel was comfortable with the right amenities for our ski club. The best feature was the attention paid our group by "Max", aka Maxine Jensen the Director of Sales and Marketing. For us skiers she lead a "Blues Cruise" at Deer Valley which guided us around the trails and helped us get oriented. She was funny, knowledgeable, and fun...

This was the fourth time I brought our ski club to The Peaks. The staff was as friendly and efficient as ever, but the facilities have declined. The main restaurant was closed and so were the pool and hot tub (They were under reconstruction.). The hot tub was always one of the highlights of our trips. At least we still...

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your patience during our renovation. We look forward to having you again next ski season when our pool is complete and we have a brand-new restaurant.

Peaks was good but our ski tour at Deer Valley made the whole experience much better and was the highlight for me. Maxine or aka Max, has an awesome personality and that combined with her knowledge of the mountain and terrain made our group experience a trip to remember. We had almost 30 in our group and she was able...

Get to the three ski resorts within minutes by car or take the free city bus that runs continually throughout the day. Hotel is clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds, great shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Included breakfast is excellent. Staff is informed and friendly. Some reviews have complained about noise. I called ahead and requested...

To be told that they have an outdoor pool and hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. But, to find out the day of arrival, that neither of them was in working condition, was absolutely awful! I felt as if they lied to us about their property, and the amenities they offered! They wouldn't offer us...

Jason, I am sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay while you were here. Unfortunately we had some delays with our pool renovation. I hope you took advantage of the arrangements we made at Silver Mountain Spa while you were here.

Convenient location, good breakfast, friendly staff and guests. Rooms are a generous size and beds comfortable.Only one issue with faulty shower mixing valve that maintenance did not correct. Will come back for sure.

Shame the pool and jacuzzi were out of action. Would of liked the bar area to have had a pool table. Preferred previous years breakfasts as the egg omelette everyday was a bit too much. I asked for a fried egg once and was rejected. Location of fruit juice and milk made a blockage of people while accessing other items.

Thank you for the feedback Gordon. With the renovations scheduled we'll have an extraordinary dining experience and offerings awaiting your next visit. The pool table might be lower on the priority list but I'll put it on the wish list.
