We stayed at this resort for 2 nights. The rooms are very nice. The beds and pillows are among the best I've seen. The free breakfast was good, and service was good. So what is the problem? Upon arrival, we were presented with 3 pages of terms, conditions, and liability waivers. I found this highly offensive. Most of the items...

We acknowledge that there may seem an inordinate amount of paperwork at check-in. However, this is not unusual at a resort with numerous fitness and outdoor adventure activities. As for the smoking and pet policy forms, they are important to the maintenance of the resort. We are a smokeless property and like to provide a healthy environment as well as...

Bad customer service, really old facilities and bad management. Very disappointing. Not at all a world class resort. It is no more than a three star facility at best. There are low rent family condos units in the middle of the property, so the pool complex is overrun with children and not at all relaxing. The pool club is very...

This review does not reflect Green Valley Spa or the Coyote Inn. It is referring to our neighboring facility. Sorry for the confusion.

My wife Judy has been coming to Green Valley for well over 20 years. When we married thirteen years ago, she said I had to go. I was reluctant, not knowing what to expect. I found a place that is very special: exceptionally comfortable, welcoming and friendly. A visit to Green Valley has become a mandatory part of our year...

This was a disappointing stay. I've been to several other fitness resorts and this one was the most expensive and disappointing. We were pretty much given a tour of the property and left on our own. We were supposed to have the spa program food in the dining room, but the dining staff gave us wrong information on the program....

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Green Valley Spa. The room was large with a large bathroom. (Bugs were large too, but that comes with the territory of Utah.) Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great conversation with the chef about local hiking. Then the hiking leader (Mark) spent a lot of time helping us...

This place is a welcoming, comfortable paradise. Despite visits to other spas, I keep coming back. Far and away, the most inviting accommodations - spacious, with every convenience and a bed you never want to leave. The nicest staff - they can't wait to make your stay the best possible. It is so clear that every person wants to please....

I just returned from an amazing 8 days at the Green Valley Spa in St. George, Utah. Every aspect exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience at this spa, but I have stayed at many destination spas, including Canyon Ranch, Miraval, Gurney's at Montauk, and oftentimes at the National Institute of Fitness (now Red Mountain), plus I've taken advantage...

Oh boy. A little background: Three of us went to the Green Valley Spa and resort looking for a few days of relaxation, sun, some opportunities for fitness, spa treatments and great food - to reference where we've been before, check out The Solstice Spa in Leavenworth, WA and the Golden Door Spa at The Boulders in Scottsdale, AZ. We...

We first stayed in a condo at the Green Valley Resort last summer. The condo was excellent, the facilities were great and we had a wonderful time! We enjoyed saving money by cooking meals in and not eating out all the time. This spring was another story entirely. We booked the same condo on their website. When we showed up,...

Just returned from a five day stay as a spa guest with a friend. Two bedroom unit was great and hiking incredible and staff extremely friendly and food great too. Massage services and afternoon lectures and meditation sessions were excellent too. Highly recommend this spa.
