beautiful, peaceful setting, great breakfast, friendly owners, too much noise from rooms upstairs, clean comfortable rooms, great view of the mountains, convenient to bryce national park, cute town with small market and restuarant

Ok. The rooms are nice enough though if you're on the ground floor as we were you can hear every step upstairs and the broken blind didn't allow for much of a sense of privacy as every other guest traipsed past the room. But it's clean and prettily decorated. But the owner makes no effort to be welcoming or friendly...

Bryce Livery Bed and Breakfast was a charming and clean place to stay and it is very near the Bryce Amphitheater. Our room was bright, cheery and welcoming; we were greeted by the owner's son who showed us to our room. This appears to be a family-run business; breakfast was served promptly at 8:00 AM and included pleasant conversation with...

My husband, daughter and I stayed overnight when everything near the canyon entrance was booked but this place did not disappoint. It was a wonderful place to stay with beautifully decorated rooms mixed with modern and rustic features. The owners were not home but left us in great hands with their relatives. The breakfast was amazing: fresh fruit, baked peach...

We have just stayed in the hotel and loved it. A little of the main Street but we loved that it was lovely and quiet. The owners couldnt have been nicer the place was spotless and clean and the breakfast fresh tasty and plentiful. Highly recommended for anyone heading to Bryce Canyon.

This is a nice place to stay while in Bryce. It has a great location. You can go up the road and hike into Bryce if you wish without the crowds of entering the park entrance….kind of the back door to Bryce. The Tammy and Mark room was nice. The walls were kind of thin (we could hear the people...

This is an absolutely beautiful B&B! In a beautiful rural location with amazing views that was very close to Bryce Canyon. The breakfasts were amazing! Lot's of privacy since all rooms have a separate entrance. Would definitely recommend it it - our stay here was the highlight of a 12 day trip.

Great reclusive place close enough to Bryce Canyon without the hazzle. Very romantic country style. Charming homecooked breakfast. Highly recommend. Nice view and certainly a bit off the beaten track. New house and rooms. A refreshing break from the endless monotomous row of hotels

On the East side of Bryce, this little town is very rural. It was nice to be away from the commercial hype at the entrance to Bryce. The B and B is very comfortable and clean. It feels like visiting relatives! The whole family is involved with check in and breakfast. It was so peaceful to watch the sun go...

What a great place to stage your visit to Bryce Canyon. The unit was clean, comfortable and very private including its own bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with good conversation and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Best of all it was a short drive, about ten minutes to Bryce which allowed us to come home after hiking and rest and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast is Located in the heart of Bryce Canyon. Tropic Utah, to be exact. We are NOT located on the main Highway (Bywy 12) instead, we are west of the main Highway 4 Blocks with a spectacular view of Bryce right from every room and balcony including the beautiful front porch. Waking up every morning to watch the sun light up the pink hills and kiss the beautiful gardens on the property is both breathtaking and refreshing. We are in a quiet part of town with very minimal traffic and light pollution so stargazing from the front lawn is easy and enjoyable. Our Rooms are newly remolded, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very rewarding. With our signature homemade sour dough waffles and berry syrup every morning to go along with the main dish and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and orange juice are always served and refreshing. With a warm home feel to this quante little place you will be sure to enjoy your stay. ... more   less
