We stayed here for two nights with no complaints. It's about 20 minutes from Zion national Park. They have free coffee and it doesn't taste bad either. You can take a walk to the river (my 14-month-old loved that). The onsite store has eggs, milk and other general items you may need. The bathrooms are individual rooms that have a...

The river along the backside of the property is a big favorite with the guest and so glad your little one enjoyed walking along the rivers edge. Hopefully we will see you again!

We decided to go full on ''Glamping'' mode while at Zion because who doesn't like to combine the experience of camping with a little glamor? We enjoyed gazing up at the beautiful southern Utah stars, waking up in the morning to the smell of a great outdoors country breakfast and at the same time we got our wireless internet and...

We have three kids: 3, 8 and 10 years old. Our 8 year old lives for the hot tubs on our vacations, and we always look for a place with a pool and hot tub for her. My husband made our reservations, but missed that kids and teenagers under the age of 18 aren't allowed in the hot tub. I...

We are sorry that you don't agree with the parks policies. We do designate the hot tub as an 18 and up only space so that the adults have one area to themselves and our policies are clearly stated on our website and on the confirmation that every guest receives. The state does not permit child under the age of...

We have been traveling through the western US for seven weeks and stayed at over 15 different RV campgrounds. None of the other campgrounds even come close to this gem! The beautiful grounds, wonderfully hospitable staff, great bathrooms and showers, spacious sites, and fabulous pool and hot tub were amazing. Within minutes of a guest's departure, the maintenance staff shows...

Thank you for participating in one of the many activities we provide for our guest. We do like our quite little town of Virgin; it's a escape from the crowds in Springdale. We do have an amazing staff and are very grateful. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review and we look forward to seeing you again.

It was the best RV park we stopped at on our tour of the National Parks. It was convenient for Zion, Bryce and some beautiful golf courses. The folks at the park all treated us like family, were so helpful from the front desk to the maintenance folks. Beautiful and well kept park amenities. We used the pool/hot tub everyday,...

We had spots by the river but there are no views of the river from your site. The park us clean and the staff very nice. We didn't use the facilities , it's a bit out of Zion so quite a drive there. We made reservations in advance but didn't get the 2 spots together which was a bit if...

We are 14 miles away from Zion National Park which is nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Springdale and to be surrounded by beautiful mesa's instead of hotels. We do have river side back-ins available with a dirt and rock berm to protect us from the river during our monsoon season. We do our best to...

A very nice and quite RV park - one of the best we have seen during our trip through the Western part of the USA. The park is very nice arranged and has a lot of plants all around. We were happy to have a site near the river. It is a pity that there are not so much showers...

RV park that was recommended as very good. Quality of sanitary was good, not a lot of toilets and showers. They provided special activities during the stay, almost every day. Pool was clean, also the spa. We had a problem with the valves of our grey and black tank. A staff member came up to us to tell that we...

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our customer service. We can no preform repairs on guest RV's and because of town ordinances that are beyond our control every sewer line must have a seal hence the necessity for the sewer doughnut you purchased. We did retrieve our key after the guest departed so that we did not...

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We do have a booster in our game parlor for cell service since Verizon's cell tower is blocked by a Mesa across the street from the resort. This meticulously kept RV park features beautifully kept grounds; thoughtful, kind service that is well organized; an affable guy who offers an analogue rideshare service from Zion National Park should one's plans not coincide with the Zion River Resort shuttle service; amenities like a social hall, pool/spa, a sprawling patio, and a uniquely stocked store.
