After doing much research I made reservations at Zion River Resort for 2 nights. We arrived a day early and were able to get a site for all 3 nights. We were told we would have to move our motorhome after day 1 but we were fine with that. We left in our Jeep and when we got back they...

We have a 24 ft class C and have traveled extensively. I have never written a review before, and we have stayed in all types of campgrounds, KOS's, national parks, and resorts. This "resort" was very disappointing. Our site, #101, should be a walkway to the laundry building because that's pretty much what it is. The grounds are treed and...

We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. Site 101 is one of the last sites that we book because it of beginning so close to the restrooms and unfortunately when you booked 3 days prior to arrival in June; which is the busiest month of the year, it was all that we had available. We try to address...

We liked this campground. They had just resurfaced the roads and facilities were centralized and easy to get to. Helpful and courteous staff. I mentioned that our spot was too close to tents and they explained that people are exhausted after all the hiking at Zion and all they do is sleep. True--no noise at all. Super clean everything. The...

Thank you for staying with us. We are constantly doing things to improve the park and this year it was resurfacing the roads. Dale does a wonderful job driving the shuttle and we appropriate the great service he assists us with. I"m glad you had such a great time in the park and got to see the entrance of the...

We reserved a site to accommodate a 34' trailer and a pick up truck. The site provided us 116, was too small to accommodate the equipment given during the reservation process. We were given another site 64 which was crowded because of site electrical equipment. As it was the only site available, we accepted it. The only available spot for...

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us. We did apologize for the inconvenience in the reservation and did state to you at time of booking that the original site was only 33 feet long. I'm sorry but we cannot be held accountable for guest personal items in any location of the park as standard with...

Great maintained camping with grass and trees. The restrooms, showers and laundry are clean and the pool and spa are great too. Unfortunately we booked our vacation during summer vacation with some schools on summer vacation, and the park service is celebrating its 100 year anniversary. Park is FULL. Lots of KIDS too and all restrooms/showers, pool, laundry is busy...

Thank you for visiting with us again. Yes this an exceptionally super busy season due to the mighty 5 campaign and the 100 yr anniversary of the National Parks. We are working on a solution to the restroom situation as we have never seen the volume that we are seeing now. One thing that would help is if guest would...

We spent 7 days in this resort at the beginning of May. We made our reservations in January and got the last site available! Very popular resort, and very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the resort is clean with nice showers and a nice pool. They have a small place that serves a breakfast, like a counter,...

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. May is a very busy time and making reservations early is a must around any national park location. In the busy season we do have a take out grill open on the weekends for breakfast and dinner. Next time you plan on coming to the area we hope that we...

We stayed in a tent site in May 2016. We had 3 tents so space was tight and there was little to no privacy, but that's expected because this resort is primarily geared to RVs. Our site was right next to Virgin River and it was nice to listen to the sound of the rushing water at night. The property...

Thank you for the kind words. Yes we do have mostly RV site and only 11 tent sites on the property. We have 3 shower/restroom locations next to our lodge and social hall area as well as 4 more and a single restroom located in the comfort station/laundry building close to the tent sites. We hope that next time you...

My husband and I couldn't be happier with this campground. We told Becky at the time of check-in that we were rookies. She was very accommodating and even offered assistance with backing our trailer in the site. My husband has mad skills so he didn't need help!!! He did however forget to bring beer so we bought the Utah special...

This is the best and fanciest RV Resort I've ever stayed in! The staff in the office was very helpful and nice. Outstanding park with all of the amenities you would ever want. Sites are meticulously maintained. Our pull thru was level and had smooth white pea gravel at the side.
