We stayed here based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. The morning continental breakfast is no more. However, we were given a local recommendation (Mae's Place) that was perfect for our needs (open early, great food, take out available). Our room was basic but clean and functional. Wifi was free and worked fine. Best attributes: the owners, the view...

The view was sweet - mountains to the east and a forested hill to the west. The lodge is set further back from the road than most roadside motels, so their is almost no noise from the road. There is a small town just a ways south (a few miles) down the road, and Middlebury is not too far to...

Good location, beautiful view right from the inn. Clean Rooms. Family owned, and the owners were very accommodating, they went above and beyond our expectations. Helped us find some cool things to do.

They have thought of everything!! A community room where you can play board games, a fire ring for roasting marshmallows, a hammock for being lazy and you get to put a pin on their map showing your hometown!! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are amazing so clean so comfortable!!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend...

We were up for a wedding and stayed at the Brandon Motor Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable. You can see the care that is put into running it. I loved the details like every door having mums and pumpkins. What delighted me the most was there was a display of muffins in the breakfast room and when I...

We needed a bed near Brandon, VT for a friend's wedding. Searched the usual online booking sites, but didn't come across this place. The bride-to-be mentioned the Brandon Motor Lodge and that it was a green property. They still had a few rooms left for Sat night of Labor Day weekend. Check-in was a breeze, fresh-baked muffins the next morning...

While most motels conjure images of dank, poorly lit rooms, worn carpet and extremely dated bathrooms, take a serious look at Brandon Motor Lodge should your travel plans place you in western CT. From Route 7, the motel looks moderately understated and will not grab your attention, but a closer look is deserved by the motel and by owners Aaron...

My family had a mini reunion with about thirty people attending (including 13 children). The children loved the pool and were in and out of it everyday. When the children are having a great time, the adults can relax and talk. There is also a playground and sand pit for the kids and plenty of grassy area for all kinds...

Friendly family owned and operated Motor lodge. Clean and right off Route 7. Lowest price rooms are small, but warning ....small bathroom. Next size up has more room and sitting area, still under $100. About 20mins South of Middlebury College.
