My girlfriend and I stayed three nights in the Suite, accessed from a private outside staircase. We loved the place: Convenient base for exploring the city and its surroundings and comfortable accomodations with lots of character. The snacks were delicious and very much appreciated. WiFi worked very well. The owner Bill was very friendly and helpful, on top of being...

My husband and I were in the area for my work trip. We extended our stay on the front end here. Love the area, but we were a bit disappointed with our stay at this B&B. Nothing really bad to say about it. Just nothing exceptional. Generally, a beautiful home. Good location - easy walk to the water and downtown....

Hi there, Oh my goodness! We know we are not a B &B. That's why we call ourselves a Guest House. 254 South Union Street Guest House, that's us! I am sorry for this confusion. We don't try to fool our guests into thinking we are anything but a Guest House with great amenities. We remind our guests that we...

My wife and I needed to arrange a 3 night stay in Burlington and after investigating our options decided 254 South Union offered the best option. We realized the demand for a room at this time of the year would be high and knew we'd have limited choices. This guesthouse's greatest asset is it's location..easy walking distance to all the...

I stayed at the 254 south union street guest house with my husband and our 7 month old and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful and full of charm. It was centrally located so we easily walked over to a restaurant for dinner. It simply felt like a home away from home. So glad we stayed here!

We stayed 2 nights in the "Guest room". It was very comfortable, neat and clean, with a private bath, fridge, snacks and private entrance. The owner,Bill, was delightful and very helpful. The house is just a few blocks from downtown, so easy to walk. This is huge because parking is a nightmare in downtown Burlington! We were there at a...

Upstairs suite facing south union was lovely, partial view I the lake, great sunset, really comfy bed. Bill was a great host - offered good town tips, gourmet coffee, good snacks, yogurt. Super easy come and go and backyard garden is extra special. We're even thinking of coming back with the kids.

Bill was a great host. We had the Master bedroom which was immaculate and had a nice sitting room which offered so much space. This room and the entire home is furnished, designed and decorated with quality in every detail. Bill offered dinner suggestions and we walked to the lovely downtown area, where we had a nice dinner on the...

The people that run the place are very accommodating and helpful. We were stuck by a late cab driver with a train to catch and our host drove us to the train station. I would gladly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Burlington.

We had the Suite and my daughter had Master. Rooms were clean and spacious. They do "green housekeeping" which was great. Plenty of food for snacks and coffee in the fridge when we arrived. Under 10 minute walk to downtown Burlington. Very accommodating.

As a Guest House, 2 of the 4 rooms in this establishment can only be accessed from the exterior of the house with no ability to enter the house itself. The benefit of this is you can come and go as you please without disturbing or interacting with anyone else on the premises. This was more similar to having a...
