Sorry to hear about your troubles Quinn. Certainly not the standard of service we aspire to (nor, in general, achieve as given other reviews here). Would love to talk more if you're so inclined. swright@jaypeakresort.com Regards and apologies Steve Wright General manager Jay Peak

Bought a tuango. Nice cottage, the waterpark is great for kids and include with the deal, the snack restaurant is not expensive (go to walmart at derby county!!). Four stars is because they don't have coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. In general, I recommend this place!

I've only been there for golf in May. Since Jay is the highest mountain and biggest ski resort in the area, I would expect the resort to be full and humming in December.
