i haven't stayed at the Inn but I do eat there every time I come to Jay Peak. The hosts, the service, the drinks and the food are excellent. This is the best place to eat in the Northeast Kingdom. I have never been disappointed. Everything from the lower priced wings to the $36 entrees are very good. You can... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week in June to attend Parade at Jay Peak Resort. So glad the Resort was booked and we came here. The room was fairly basic but after full days it was great to come back to JVI, pool, cold beer, great food (monstrous portions)& conversation and staff that seemed like we had... More

Wonderful place to stay, great warm people around. Rooms are clean, properly maintained. Bar is open till midnight. Breakfast is too good. A must have. This was my second visit here in last 2 years and again loved it.

Sorry, I have traveled around the world and I must say this was one of the most unsatisfactory stays I had by far. Sadly, its not specifically the room we stayed in,. It was the unprofessional ism of some of the staff exhibited that made it an unsatisfactory experience. The room smelled like sulfur and we raised our concerns to... More

I was doing some hiking in Vermont's "Northeast Kingdom" and just needed a place to stay overnight. I got a great discount through using TripAdvisor. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor and had a comfortable full bed and clean private bathroom (also had a television, refrigerator and clock radio). There is an outdoor pool and indoor... Ate at the Jay Village Inn on a warm August evening . While there was nothing specific I could put my finger on to find fault with the experience left me a bit underwhelmed. While the food was good it seemed a bit pricey, while the service was good they seemed to be annoyed having to walk outside to our... More

We were in the area for 10 days and ate at the Village Inn 3 times. All meals were delicious and nicely presented. The wait staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Meal portions were huge. Very good strawberry margaritas and a large assortment of local beer. Highly recommend the restaurant.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining here twice during our trip to Jay Vermont. The food was excellent, the portions were ginormous (we were glad we had a fridge for leftovers) and the prices were fair. The employees are pleasant and speedy. If you're in the area stop Inn! The fare is typical American, burgers, pizza ,... More

Out in the area for work and trying to find a place to stay. Cellular strength was terrible and this was the only close by place to crash I could find. I'm supposed to use an app to book hotels for work but the price seemed a little high so I decided to see what if any the hotel could... More

Initially we booked a King room for 3 nights, but the Inn Manager (David) emailed back and said the person booking the room for us looked at the wrong date. Asked us to accept 2 rooms with adjoining bath for the same price. Great! I snore and Mrs was happy to have a separate bedroom. The property is very near... More
