My wife and I stayed with our family at Smugglers Notch just last week. Or first trip there was just last November. We had such a positive experience then, that we decided to do it again a few months later. I can say that although the accommodations were great....we stayed in Tamaracks in the North Hill community, we won't be...

Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to share concerns about your recent trip with us. While it's nice to hear you had a great experience back in November, we're disappointed to hear your most recent experience left you dissatisfied. Your concerns are important to us, as without them we would not be able to adjust our procedures for...

We're Vermonters. We know that Vermont in April is not where people flock to vacation We were not expecting everything to be at the same level of intensity as Summer, Foliage, or Ski season, but we were expecting to come enjoy spring break as all the ads on TV were promoting. Oh, sure....the pool WAS open, but from 12:00-6:00! That's...

Thank you for this feedback. This will allow us to continue to enhance the vacation experience at our resort and know where to improve. I am sorry your children were disappointed by the pool hours. We try to communicate everything clearly with emails and pre-arrival letters and missed something here. Please let us know if there are opportunities to make...

Family friendly mountain that is one of the last places you can go to ski the way things are supposed to be. No fancy 6 person bubble chairs, no $100+ lift tickets...just wonderful terrain, incredible snow, and simply amazing views of northern Vermont and Canada. If this resort was closer, I'd be there every weekend. Stay true Smuggs...

We were very impressed with our unit, and even felt it would be a very comfortable year-round residence. The staff were all exceptional! Even though we are not skiers, we found lots of things to do in the area. Recommend highly!

Smugglers' Notch Resort has a great reputation for good reason. The condo accommodations are fabulous - roomy and well-appointed - and there is plenty of outdoor stuff to here for people of all ages. We took a trip to Bingham Falls, and it was a very enjoyable hike to such a pretty area. If we were to come back again,...

Visited for a few days. Not a skier. Presidential condos are out of this world. Great rooms spectacular view. Four bedrooms and 4 bath set up was plenty of room for the family. Watch the roads little rough in spots.

My sister-in-law has a time share here. She secured 2 others condos so we could have a mini-ski-family reunion. We were very lucky that Storm Stella made a big deposit of snow just prior to our arrival & then added to it throughout our stay. We stayed in West Hill which is ski in/out on Morse Mountain. The shuttle bus...

My family and I just returned from our annual March Break ski trip to Smuggs. We have been owners for over 25 years. My brother and I grew up skiing here and now his children and my fiancé are enjoying the benefits. We own in Evergreen so it can't get any better than being liftside! Everything was great as usual....

Smuggler's Notch is a beautiful resort in a gorgeous area. Our accommodations were fantastic, and we were more than comfortable in the unit and with the views. We were there in October to see the lovely colors of fall and were not disappointed. There were a few negatives. Since it was October and off season, the resort did not provide...

My first day I took a half day ski lesson. My first instructor gave me the impression she was in a hurry to end my lesson. Twice down the magic carpet and she was ready to take all 5 of us to the blue parking lot and take up down. I told her I didn't feel like I was ready...
