My friends and I have stayed here for the past 4 years on and off. Each year it seems to become more neglected. We always looked at this as budget friendly but it's come to the point where the price they ask cannot justify what they offer. Trash left in rooms, non working refrigerators(the past 3 stays), dirty grime in...

It’s cheap, the beds are comfy and the showers have hot water. Don’t expect more than that. My wife and I have stayed here for the past 4 years on our annual Killington weekend getaway. We try to save wherever we can and the Killington/Pico Motel is an inexpensive place to drop one’s bags and head out to the slopes....

Perhaps it was a [bad] luck of the draw for us, but we unfortunately came home with bed bugs after staying in Room #10 in mid January 2015. I stayed with 3 other friends, and we all have bed bugs in our own, separate homes. Aside from the bugs, the inn is a place to rest your head at best....

We were treated to an upgrade that included a suite with a jacuzzi. The king size bed was comfortable - but I'd suggest bringing a warm down comforter, the room was chilly. The front desk/owners? Encouraged utilizing the space heaters, which seemed to work well. The breakfast room was nice, bright (and for a budget motel, the breakfast was fine)....

Luckily, I was skiing just with my son and not my wife and daughter. My wife would not in a million years stayed 2 seconds at the KPMI - she would have thought this place was a dump beyond refute (she thinks the Northstar is a dump too and to be honest thinks Killington in general is a dumpy kind...

We stay at KPMI many times during the winter. This past weekend was our first visit of the season. 2+ Feet of snow at Killington got us motivated to come up early! KPMI offers you (1) Very friendly and accommodating owners, (2) Location (close to Killington and Pico), (3) Very reasonable room rates, (4) Clean Rooms, (5) Quiet rooms, (6)...

The friendly family-run inn is a perfect place to begin and end the day while in Vermont. Only 10 minutes from Killington and 5 from Pico. The hotel sits in center between Killington and Rutland. It is a great base camp for hiking, skiing, fishing, shopping, exploring, or just about any activity within Vermont.

Travel frequently, not afraid of dated motels, but this one was bad. Room 4 storm door sprung and wouldn't latch, dusty, dimly lit, shower absolutely disgusting-too moldy and scary to use. Plexiglass in ceiling to hold up tile. Wasn't a low priced night. Don't stay here.

For a very low price budget motor lodge, there was nothing to complain about except the dust in the common areas. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and breakfast was adequate. The hot tub was nice and warm. I did not have time for the pool. Nothing luxurious, but certainly ok to spend...

One of the roughest-looking motels at which I have ever stayed. This is an old facility that shows its age. Tons of peeling paint all over the outside of the buildings, fencing, etc. The room had a very musty / humid smell to it. Wallpaper peeling from the walls. The bathroom was in very bad shape: the heater was very...
