2 and 1/2 circles would be my rating if it was possible and 3 would have been a stretch in my opinion so barely average is what fits. The place is dated and needs a renovation. That being said its cleanliness that is most important to me and while its not the dirtiest it could be better. I am picky...

Stayed here in October with a tour group. Cookies and apple cider were available upon our arrival. We stayed in room #204. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but it was very obvious that they may have recently switched from a smoking hotel and had done nothing to clean the air or rid the rooms of lingering smoke...

Nothing overly exciting, was disappointed the hot tubs were down (will be for 6 more weeks). Best thing it has going is buffet breakfast, and even that was so-so...but better than rushing out to a restaurant.

Room filled with smell of stale smoke every time the heater came on, had to keep the room unheated to make it barable. Wifi wouldn't work on smart phone. Had to walk through indoor pool to get to room.

I've been coming to this hotel for years. During that time the prices have gone up, but the quality has gone down. During my latest visit my daughter woke up with dozens of bug bites on her arms, legs, and neck. (Photo attached). Keep in mind that it's the middle of winter, so these bites definitely came from inside the...

It is everything you would expect from an Holiday Inn. Familiar, clean, reliable and OK maintained. It is also off a busy through way, in the middle of a huge parking/mail lot near a Dick's Sporting Goods store and large supermarket. In short it is set for business travelers who roam not for skiers. Which worked perfect for us. While...

We arrived late in the evening, but were greeted warmly by the desk staff, who also welcomed our dog. Rooms were nice size, with access to wifi and in-room coffee (though it would be nice to have real half-and-half in refrigerator rather than dry fake cream packets). A complete hot breakfast--not the usual bagels-on-styrofoam that is often the case-- was...
