This is a charming little place. The owners are very sweet and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We arrived late in the evening and they were very accommodating. We had a cute little cottage with one full and one twin bed. Cabin furnishings are older and not anything fancy, but we... More

All linens and towels were clean and spotless. The only... More

Hello: My wife and I stayed at Serenity for one night this past week. We stayed in Cottage #3 which had a double bed and a couch. Coffee making supplies, a small fridge and a microwave were available. Staying in the cottage brought back pleasant memories of when I was young and when we took our children for weekend trips... We decided to drive down Route 7A for a break from the Interstate looking for cabins for the night. Hotels get boring after awhile. John & Cecelia are very friendly innkeepers with nice, clean, well stocked cabins in a quiet setting. They recommended a nice restaurant for dinner and called to make our reservation. We would stay here again if... More

Really clean, private, and in beautiful surroundings. The owners keep it spotless, and they are really nice people. We will be back. The hotel consists of separate cottages with enough room between each for some separation and privacy. The bed was comfy, the wifi service good, the shower very clean with good pressure. Each cabin has a shaded front porch... More

The cabins are super clean and very well kept. The grounds are well maintained also. The owners are nice and allow pets. We travel with two mini schnauzers. The cabins are so cute and cozy and have just what you need in them. We like to skip up to VT. for weekend get-a-ways and this is by far the cleanest... More

My husband and I have been going to the Serenity Motel cottages for about 10 years now, typically for an annual Vermont trip in the Spring or Fall, some years for a trip both seasons. We enjoy the individual cottage setting and find that they have all that we need -- including a sofa, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We... More

The cabins at Serenity are far from upscale, but they are clean and very well maintained. The current owners take pride in the property they have owned for 25 years and in fact live on the premises. The setting is peaceful and private. We got a three room cabin with two full beds plus a twin all for under $100... More

Ever have your long awaited vacation spoiled by motel noise? Banging feet from the floor above, shower and/or toilet flushing all hours, kids running up and down the corridors and stairs, slamming doors, noisy ice makers well you get the drift. Here you can have your own private little cottage with none of that. You won't even here the car... More
