I have stayed in budget rooms all over the world and have a lot of tolerance for things not to be perfect or even good. But staying here combined many negatives-disrepair, not great customer service, smell, and cost not matching. First we wanted a handicap accessible room and were given a room that I was told had railings for the...

The place is dirty and run down. We actually refused to stay after being shown two rooms that were in poor repair and smelled. They refused to refund our money. Turned the matter over to Visa Fraud Dept.

Having read some reviews after having reserved my room, I was a bit scared. But as it turned out, there were no bedbugs, and the only frogs I encountered were in the marshlands along Lake Champlain. In fact, the owner was very attentive to any complaints I made. The front door was a little tough to close; by the end...

We stayed two nights in a smoking suite, king bed. At $59.99 a night, it was a great value. Bed was very comfy and Colleen and Raj were very friendly and helpful. It made the stay for me and my PYA very pleasant and we'll be back soon. Thanks Mary!

We were taking an early morning flight from Burlington, so I just needed a basic room for the night. I ended up booking the room through Hotwire (another mistake I'll never make) because I thought for $185, how bad could it be? Well....TERRIBLE! We ended up with a smoking room that smelled so bad, I barely slept because I couldn't...

Wife & I took two friends to the Burlington area to introduce them to quilters' heaven shopping. Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights, cheap, clean and had basics, no more - but for the price, okay. Our room had entry problems - our entry card wouldn't work. After the 3rd need to call for help to enter, we were given...

Don’t stay here!!!!! Burlington was booked up, so I got stuck here. I was really mad I paid $150 for such a dump. There were bugs flying –nats? I was itching and swatting all night. Dirty floors, Dirty bathroom –moldly window blinds, shower curtain. Dirty sheets with hair, etc!! visible. Old, needs updating. After paying 1/3 of this price outside...

I was up there with my boyfriend and his family for a family event we stayed for two nights. The hotel is good for a cheap stay but as other reviews have said it's not the cleanest place. For instance my boyfriend noticed that there were spiders in almost every corner of the room also on the day we checked...

My wife and I stayed the night of her 40th birthday and the place was just OK. The staff when I checked in totally ignored me as she was discussing cooking utensils with another guest. Very unprofessional. She also could not answer a question I had about the local area. I would think that the people who represent the hotel...

We selected this hotel because we could get a suite with a kitchen, it had wireless and its location. We got one of the three, location. The kitchen had no utensils, plates or cooking tools. We brought a cooler full of food to feed our children and the staff didn't seem to care about the cost or inconvenience. We were...
