Nice, average hotel. Close to Higher Ground and not a far drive to Waterfront Park. Nice picnic table out back. No old cigarette smell which is always a plus. Across from University Mall which has an awesome farmers market open on Sunday. Many great things within walking distance. Trader Joe's and Health Living down the street. Not bad price compared...

The website suggests breakfast included. I called about gluten free options (my daughter has celiac) and they confirmed they did have offerings. When we got there, gluten free was actually whole grain cereal (NOT gluten free), there was no tables or anywhere to sit for breakfast nor water or anything the even drink. Plus the carpets in the rooms were...

Nothing special about the anchorage, but nothing horrifying. Needed a one night place to crash on a weekend trip to Canada. This room was fairly reasonable for price. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, especially since we were travelling, but it certainly was nothing special.

My friends and I had a delightful stay at the Anchorage Inn. The beds were extremely comfortable, although we apologize for the stains we left. All in all, a charming inn with a whimsical staff....:).

I booked hotel several weeks in advance , so I got great deal, $60.00 night off Go Seek. Our room was clean , an newer carpet. Even though room was in front hotel ,downstairs it was quiet and SAFE!!! Mall across the street , Dankin next door. Cheap place to buy Vermont maple syrup. The staff suggested Shanteys on lake...

This hotel was disappointing and overpriced (I paid nearly $100/ night). I didn't find the staff to be courteous or professional, there was no elevator, the room furniture was cheap (mismatched 1980s wood laminate and mediocre mattresses) and haphazardly arranged in the room, the drop-down tile ceiling was cheap, there were no privacy curtains on the windows (curtains were sheer),...

A large group of family booked this hotel while a family member was in the hospital. They gave us a great rate. The hotel is outdated, but the beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet in our room had a variety of stains. The bathroom was clean, but very small. The shower curtain was falling down. The shower could use...

The hotel needs updating. But to be fair the price was right. Hint don't book from a site. I heard the front desk offer better prices to walk ins. Not in the down town area but not too far from the action. Good coffee in the am. Run like a mom and pop hotel.

We wanted to stay near the airport and this was only option. All other places were sold out. The moment we walked in it was very clear why this one was still available. Very smart of the hotel to impose a 72 hour cancelation policy so nobody can cancel once they see this place. Waited 17 minutes to check in...
