My family and I have been regular visitors at Honeywood since 1995. We have returned each year because of the excellent service, the tranquil surroundings and great accommodations.Carolyn and Bill Cook are the consummate hosts. They are polite, generous and patient. The rooms are beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable I actually sleep like a baby. The breakfasts are...

Travelled from Northern Ireland to see the colours of the fall and was not disapoointed. B&B was great, entrance hall features a teddy bear collection. Bill and Carolyn made us feel at home and always had time for a chat and gave us useful touring information for the area. Bedrooms were clean comfortable and homely and unlike many more expensive...

My husband and I were itching to get out of New York for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, so to schlep out to Vermont, the place had to be just right. Well, it turns out we chose the PERFECT PLACE! Our suite was incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing! There was none of that creaky, old crap which people tend...

It is with no ill will at all towards the proprietors of this establishment that I write this review. However, we had a very bad experience trying to book 2 nights at the Honeywood Lodge. While this is most likely something that won't happen to most, it did happen to us and hopefully will (1) encourage the proprietors to reconsider...

This was a great place to stay for getting and exploring Vermont. The hosts Bill and Carolyn were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were very substantial, good variation and lots to eat. I would if in the area again would stop at the honeywood again. The Caisleys,...

We have recently visited the inn for the first time and we couldn't feel more like home. Our room was very cozy and clean, bed very comfortable. Our hosts Carolyn, Bill and Trevor pretty much made as feel welkomed like family. We woke up every morning to the smell of bacon or sausage, what could be better? We actually enjoyed...

We've been coming to Stowe for the last 15 or so years, and have had the opportunity to stay in a few different places. Honeywood is made special by its gracious and welcoming hosts, Bill and Caro;yn, and also by the COZY and clean rooms. We were spoiled by our full b'fasts, that were included with our room, and had...

We have been staying with Bill & Carolyn for ten years now, and sometimes Trevor when he is in town. Our daughter has celebrated her 5th & 7th birthday at the Honeywood Inn & Lodge. Bill & Carolyn always go the extra step to make this a fun time for her, as far as getting her a cake, making us...

We are frequent visitors to the Stowe area for many years and have had nothing but excellent experience until we encountered the people at this inn. We stayed one night and we were promised the package deal for an extra two nights. This promise was made by the wife of the management team. When we returned to complete the deal...
