Ahhhh. The Hot Tub. It was here when we bought the inn -- all 350 gallons of it. In our first two years of ownership we kept it at 104 degrees 24/7 and only 12 people used it each year. It was very expensive to heat and to maintain, and since each room had a double Jacuzzi, we decided to sell the hot tub, even though we loved the idea of being in the tub while it was snowing! Just too many dollars and too few people using the facility.
