I had never been to a bed and breakfast before so I didn't really know what to expect. Well, after spending 4 nights at Stone Hill Inn, I must say that the bar has been set very high. Stone Hill Inn has set the standard...More
My boyfriend Dan and I expected a level of luxury as we stayed at the Stone Hill Inn but what was truly remarkable was the amazing, amazing hospitality of the Inn keepers George and Linda. Warm, social and truly the pinnacle of good hospitality, George...More

Ahhhh. The Hot Tub. It was here when we bought the inn -- all 350 gallons of it. In our first two years of ownership we kept it at 104 degrees 24/7 and only 12 people used it each year. It was very expensive to heat and to maintain, and since each room had a double Jacuzzi, we decided to sell the hot tub, even though we loved the idea of being in the tub while it was snowing! Just too many dollars and too few people using the facility.
