Spent a weekend in January 2015 in Cabin 6. The cabin was very clean and adorable, not to mention its great location. The cabin has a stereo system that we were able to plug our iphone into (using aux cord) to listen to Pandora. The kitchen has everything - pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. The living room has a...

We stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year's break and it was wonderful. Cabin 11 is the perfect retreat for a couple looking to get away and relax. The jacuzzi was very clean as was the entire cabin. Very comfortable bed, and the shower had great pressure. The gas fireplace in betwee the bedroom and living room is...

This is a great place to stay if you come from a big city and need to relax. It is very quiet, and great if you need to bring your dogs with you. The owner is very nice and didn't bother us. There isn't much to do in this part of town in Vermont. The cabin was a decent size...

Stayed in cabin 11 for 4 nights and will be back. Owner was nice and didn't bother us. Cabin was easy to find with the owners instructions and we found our way with our headlights ;) LOVED the darkness in the woods its's kinda what you would expect. You may want to bring a measuring cup though. A fire pit...

Second time my family and I vacationed here in cabin 10. Cabin sleeps 8 and has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Also has 3 tvs, ac, a gas grill and a gas fireplace. Very beautiful and private here - all you see are the woods. Convenient to many attractions - your vacation can be as...

Just because you are surrounded by trees does not mean you are in the woods. The pictures and descriptions of this place make you think you will be tucked away privatly in the woods. This is not so for cabins 2,3,4,5,6 and cabin 1 is the owners house. They are less then 50ft from each other, and this is the...

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this gem in the woods. We found the cabin neat, clean, and cozy. Just what we were looking for during our time in the Lake Champlain area. Although some of the furnishings and decorating is a bit dated, it is well-kept. The hosts are gracious and we would definitely come again.

We stayed in Cabin 3 June 20 - June 22, 2014. This trip was a Father's Day gift to my husband and he was so thrilled. The only complaint we had is that we wished we had more time to spend there. The cabin was well stocked with more amentities than we needed! The cabin was absolutely immaculate. The view...

If everything was "right", Stowe cabins would have been great! There were just too many things that we had to make due with. Upon entering the cabin, the smell of dog was overwhelming. We knew in advance that the place was pet friendly, however it was too much. We proceeded to buy febreeze. That helped. At night when we went...

I am sorry for your disappointment. Our grounds are heavily forested and outside fires (other than your BBQ) are simply not safe. We have taken steps to dehumidify this cabin and we have since repaired a slow leak in the bathroom. Extra towels and linens are always available upon request. Thank You

We stayed for three nights in cabin 11 and I was amazed by how clean it was. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness (bordering on the obsessive - just ask my husband....) But could not fault it. We had a fabulous three days, even in the rain. Visited Ben and jerries, Montpelier and Stowe plus bbqed every...
