The room was clean and well maintained and the price was great. The office personnel are professional and friendly. Parking can be a little difficult because it is a small lot. The location makes it a great place if you are visiting Virginia Tech

Most hotels, if you call ahead, will be okay with you checking in late. If I'm going to be later than 8PM, I will call and let them know about what time to expect me. I've yet to have an issue with doing this. I first learned my lesson when I went to check in at like 11pm and my reservation was no longer valid AND I had to pay for not cancelling.
