We stopped at here as a point on our drive back up North at the beginning of January. The house and our room were gorgeous. Greg was the perfect host! Very nice and knowledgeable of the area. It was a perfect place to relax. It was close to all the main attractions in Cape Charles. We definitely plan on stopping...

Spur of the moment mid-week stay and very happy we did. Good central point to enjoy Cape Charles and nearby attractions (hiking, biking, and dining). Owner was happy to point us in the right directions for all activities. The Inn was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed and roomy bath. The only recommendation I I have for the...

My wife and I stayed in the Barnegat Room for one night on our way to Cape Hatteras. The room is the only one on the first floor and has a comfortable queen bed with a separate entrance should you want to use it. Clean, up to date, and a delicious breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30 AM at a common...

For more than 20 years on our way to the Outer Banks, we have stopped for one night on the Virginia Eastern Shore, mostly in the picturesque town of Cape Charles. We stayed in the Narragansett Room. Everything was perfect. The most amazing sheets we have ever slept on. Soft fluffy towels. Loved the Fig Street Lip Balm; what a nice touch! Greg and Donna are a delightful couple. You will love this inn.

It is a very comfortable inn- bed&breakfast-with lots of amenities. Our room was spacious, immaculate and nicely decorated. The bathroom featured both a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Greg, our friendly host, fed us delicious breakfasts pand provided for our dietary restrictions. It is close to the bridge to Virginia Beach, our destination for the day on Saturday.

The Fig Street Inn is a perfect place to stay when visiting Cape Charles, a very small beach town on the VA Eastern shore. The house and rooms are immaculate, well decorated, and comfortable. The Inn is located in the historic district, and is within walking distance, or a golf-cart ride, to a very large, sandy public beach in Cape...

I had the opportunity, along with my husband, to spend a night in the Inn's lovely room on the first floor! From the moment we were greeted until we departed, after a delicious breakfast, our experience was exceptional. I loved the opportunity to access the outside that our room afforded. No need to worry about making noise or disturbing the...
