First camper cabin we've ever been in that had a TV! Cabin and bathroom were both clean and the cabin was super close to the bathroom. We always enjoy staying at KOA's and this one was a pleasure to stay at!

We stayed here for 10 nights while sightseeing in the area. The campground is about 9 miles from I-64, making it easy to get to, yet away from the highway so there is no traffic noise. The campground is about 10 miles from Thomas Jefferson's Monticello; James Monroe's Highland is about 15 miles, and James Madison's Montpelier is 45 minutes...

On our recent first visit to Charlottesville, we found this little gem of a KOA. It is small, with only 50-54 sites, and a handful of tent sites. As Snowbirds, we have stayed in many RV parks along Rts 95 and 81 on the East Coast and Florida's Gulf coast. We travel in a 36' motor home, towing a car....

Great campground with lots of trees, laundromat, store, game room with pool table, arcade machines, board games, and great pet walk area. Only 15 minutes from downtown and close to Monticello (home of Thomas Jefferson) & Ash Lawn-Highland (home of James Monroe) plus the Michie Tavern which gives you a great 18th century experience.

Great little KOA tucked away 9 miles west of Charlottesville. In farm country where it is very peaceful and quite at night. Lots of stars. Nice, clean facilities. Friendly staff. Full hookups including cable. Playground for the kids. Nice level sites with gravel roads/pads throughout the camp. Tent sites available. 10 minutes from town. The KOA does have a small...

We are so happy to have this campground. It's located near all the major sites of the area. Trees all around, hiking path, full hook ups, cabins, a pool, cable and more. There's internet, but it's not great. We had only one dot showing for Verizon cell service. I'd stay here again.

My husband and I wanted two nights in a campground in order to visit Monticello and Michael Tavern. We really enjoyed this KOA. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The campground was very quiet which is so important to us. We stayed here in a travel trailer. We would stay again without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed at the Charlottesville KOA with our toddler daughter this past weekend. We enjoyed the refreshing change of pace of staying on a campground property instead of a hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin with a bathroom, so we "glamped". The cabin was in excellent condition and it was spotless. We've stayed in luxury cabins...

When driving to this park, you think there is no way a campground is nestled down the road . . but it is. This road leading to this park is a state highway (single lane) and the last couple of miles is like a residential road. The campground is in a quiet location with lots of trees. We stayed at...

We stayed here last year and we didn't spend much time in the camp ground. This year, I contacted them to get a copy of the campground map. We were arriving earlier and wanted to see where our cabin was in relation to the pool & the bathroom/shower. They didn't have a copy to email me so I have included...
