While looking for accommodations in the area, it was difficult to find a hotel with sufficient quality and the right price tag. I am so pleased to have found this hotel! It was clean (room and lobby area), staff was friendly, location was convenient for our travel purposes, and it didn't break the bank. Everything was "very good" and above!

Great place to stay!! Great location !! From the time my son and I checked in until we checked out, the staff was great. The room was clean and fresh. We were able to get a good night's sleep and we're also able to sleep in,

After bad experiences in past years with other hotels in the area ,this was a very good choice. Looking quite new,welcoming lobby,nice room,great Breakfast. We stay often in Hilton garden inn and it was one of their best.

We found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful. This included the front desk folks, evening house services, and kitchen. Unfortunately the housekeeping and bed were far below acceptable. The room was not serviced by housekeeping while we were out all day. The bed was worn out - tilting to the middle, and lumpy. Mattress should have been replaced...

We have stayed and several HGI hotels around the country. The staff at this hotel is one of the best that we have seen. We had a 6 day stayed and used almost all of the services provided. Overall the hotel is very pleasing to look at . The lobby area is well decorated and kept clean. The HGI property in Chesapeake is the place to stay for work or pleasure. The front office staff is wonderful and the property is located in a prefect for business meeting. I've stayed at this property various times and have never been disappointed

For a Hilton this hotel needs to make some changes. The rooms were not very clean. The front desk staff was not great. There was one gentlemen at the front desk who was trying to be helpful but other than him I can say We won't go back

Booked reservation 2 months prior to trip. Got to hotel; the front desk said my reservation was cancelled 6 hours before we got there by my travel agency.
