The room appeared to have water leaks in the bathroom ceiling and in the closet as evidenced by what looks like water spots and mold. The iron was small and would not heat up, so I had to request a replacement from the front desk. The chair for the desk looks like it was pulled from a dumpster. There was...

I returned to my room each night and housekeeping only changed the towels. I had to complain in order to get someone to clean the room. I was told I would get Hilton honor points but didn't receive anything.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this by far is the worst experience. It started at check in, there was no acknowledgement of being a Diamond member like all Hilton properties take the time to do. The staff at this Hampton are THE BEST! They are friendly, courteous, and truly provide not only a great stay but also superior customer service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great room and terrific staff.

This is a standard Hampton Inn. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is included and has the usual make your own waffles, cereals, yogurt, etc. I especially enjoyed their Robust coffee. If you stay there ask for a room that doesn't face Portsmouth Blvd because you'll hear traffic noise. I also recommend...

Good location, but the room quality was below what I normally get at Hampton hotels. Floor tile in bathroom loose and room badly needed painting. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the online check-in capabilities.

Quite a mixed stay. The first morning after our first night we had no hot water at all. Our room was changed to a different floor which resolved that issue. Both rooms and the facility as a whole were excellent; I would say more like 3-star not the 2-star rating they are. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating...

While on a family trip for a sporting competition we were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a well stocked breakfast. Nice clean facility. The room had enough space to place our oversized luggage (sports equipment) and gym bags and still be able to get to the microwave and mini fridge without tripping.

The staff totally made up for this awful hotel. I'm an Hilton Honors member and the staff went out of their way to be super helpfu but my room door wouldn't open or close unless I put my shoulder into it, the shower was only Luke warm and the TV did not work.

Excellent business hotel with a great staff who made me feel right at home. Modern, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms are a big plus. Quick problem solvers; the central water heater broke and they had it up and running within one hour. Good job!
