The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farms is one of the nicest bed and breakfasts we've experienced. Our room, the Hummingbird, was in the original farmhouse. It was clean and beautifully appointed, and the king bed was very comfortable. Dick and Hayden are wonderful and knowledgeable hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Margie, who took care...

We live only 30 miles from the Inn but it is so peaceful and quiet at the foot of the mountains, it doesn't feel that close to home. Great place to relax and unwind even if it's that close to home! Excellent service, accomodations and friendly people!

The Inn at Sugar Hollow was the first that I came upon in my internet search for Charlottesville B&B's, and as the picture on Dick and Hayden's website suggested, it was an ideal place to stay for a fall weekend. Aside from everything that Charlottesville had to offer, and it was quite a bit, Dick and Hayden do a wonderful...

Nestled in a secluded valley at the foot of Shenandoah, this cracking bed and breakfast is an oasis of peace and relaxed charm, a place to rest and recharge. Booking over the internet from England was simplicity itself; a clear and well-structured website with pictures of the rooms (and what you see is what you get). We had a swift...

The Inn at Sugar Hollow was just what the doctor ordered. Surrounded by magnificent countryside the inn is both secluded and yet still close enough to Charlottesville that you don't feel like you've gotten stuck in the mountains. Being an avid wine enthusiest its location is great for young couples wanting to tour local wineries. The inn itself is beautiful...

My fiance and I had a wonderful weekend at the Inn. The innkeepers were very accomodating and friendly. We especially loved our walks around their property and the tranquility of the countryside. Dick recommended a fabulous bike ride that featured a lovely vineyard, an old monastery, horse farms, babbling brooks, and lazy cows. It was truly an escape and a...
