Hummingbird Inn is in a mountain community that seems an age away from modern life (and traffic) but is just 15 min. by a good road from I-64 and 30 minutes from Lexington and I-81. A beautiful drive and a perfect get-away with free WiFi. The inn is and the innkeepers skillful and attentive.

We spent three nights in the Serenity Cottage. The deck overlooking the creek was relaxing. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent hospitality. There is nothing around but one little restaurant so you do have to drive for anything. You do hear the trains but didn't disturb us.
