Had trouble checking in (had to have the keys done twice), wait for security to let us in, and then wait for maintenance to rekey the door, long process. Once we were in, discovered our entire view was of a construction mound, not mountains or anything pleasant. For $400 a night, I would have expected a finished property. Sigh.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The rolling hills and the mountains make for such a beautiful place, yet all of this is tarnished by that absolutely awful customer service and systems in place to serve the owners and guests. Specifically, they lost an important package we had needed, and had sent us on a wild goose chase all the way...

This resort is very unprofessional, we have a package send to our condo, The USPS tracking indicate the package was sent and arrived via USPS express (next day), but they have no idea where the package was, after going back and forth from their front desk and post office for 2 days, the tracking says the mail have send back...

We registered for a two say stay but left after one. The resort is beautiful but can not in any way be considered as handicap accessible. Beautiful hotel room but a restaurant with no elevator and flights of stairs to climb. Not recommended for any one with handicaps

Massanutten is the nation's largest resort. There is so much to do from the ski hill, to tubing, horses, water park, crafts, the list goes on. If you're not an owner at Massanutten you are only allowed to stay there once every 4 years. The 2 bedroom we were in was cozy. The resort is located 10 minutes from Shenandoah...

We stayed at Hotel 3 near the ski lodge and we were delighted with our room. Very clean and with two sinks very convenient for the morning routine. This week, Massanutten is making snow for the slopes which is beautiful to watch especially with a cup of hot chocolate. Great place to visit - anytime of the year.

This is the perfect getaway, especially for a family. They have lots of things to do. And the staff is super nice and helpful. It really is a all 4 season resort. Would recommend to everyone. And the view are spectacular.

Our room/suite was okay. It is definitely a bit dated but for two nights it was sufficient. The drive on the resort through the housing can be tricky the first time especially at night. But for a quick getaway, it was enjoyable. We went zip-lining which was fun and roller skating nearby. It was too early for any winter sports.

Love visiting to relax for a couple of days. Kids love the water park and indoor pool. Try to avoid the timeshare torture visit. They are always bugging us to subject our friends and family to buy a timeshare. We love the resort but avoid the timeshare crap as much as possible. Great skiing and excited about this years predicted...

If you have not been to the Shenandoah Valley area, you are missing a great vacation experience. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed in the Mountainside Villas which was a 2-story villa with 2 bedrooms overlooking the golf course. Absolutely loved it! We used the indoor pool since we were there in October. There is...
