Everything looked and was great! Landscaping was gorgeous. Views were great from units on perimeter. Lots of things to do and day trips are available. Plenty of access to whatever you need in Harrisonburg only 15 minutes away. Water park is great for the kids.

My only complaint is that our trip wasn't long enough! The resort is huge in a very good way! We spent time at the pool & waterpark and relaxed on our deck quite a bit. The kids loved the nature and the animals coming right up to the deck. Our room in Hotel 3 was very clean & comfortable. Make...

Out unit 128u was spacious, clean and well appointed, albeit with noisy, rowdy children and screaming parents (usually right outside out door) as neightbors in the other 3 connected units. No desire to control the running up and down stairs, slamming doors or habitually leaving main entry doors open so they could run wild between units.Only 1 day at pool...

Folks here is a review from May 22 until May 29th, in a two bedroom condo in the Summit off of Whistler unit 123 U. U means up stairs. the Down stairs folks smoked pot most every morning, But never caused us any disturbance. NO BBQ had to go several miles to find a charcoal grill, never did. Never ate...

We have stayed here before and have had mixed reviews---some good and some bad. Having said this though I must admit that they now appear to go all out to accomondate any reasonable requests you make. The whole operation is maintained to high standards especially the grounds. If you do request a room repair then give them a time element...

We got a 2-night free stay at the resort from an entry drawing at a home & garden show. On the call telling us this, we had a choice of one or two nights (we took two on Memorial Day weekend). We had to pay a $75 deposit which was refundable once we showed up and had the choice to...

This area offers a lot to do, the rooms are clean and updated, and the staff is friendly. Activities in which we participated include horseback riding, swimming, zip line, mountain bike riding, frisbee golf, and a trip to the nearby water park. One morning sitting on the deck of our room, a deer wandered right up to us and just...

I can only speak to the accommodations since we didn't really do all that much on the resort. We won a trip there and were placed in hotel 6. It was very worn out but seemed clean for what it was. Very tired linens, rug and decor but spacious and had a little deck. Major gripes are that they say...

We have stayed at Massanutten several times in different properties. Some are nicer than others, but none have been sub par accommodations. Activities on the property include numerous pools (indoor and outdoor), indoor/outdoor waterpark, golf, spa, kids events, arts and crafts, nature hikes, skiing, occasional bus tours to DC, gem mining, ropes courses, playgrounds, a ski lift (which also runs...

This is a huge resort! The activities are vast & varied. However, the hotel where they put you for you complimentary stay is similar to a dorm room! The required tour lasted 3 1/2 hours - Yikes! The inventory they were selling were units that came back and were not the nicest - they shared a laundry room with another...
