Beautiful very authentic riad hidden in the medina of Safi, with an sensational view from the upstairs floor. All staff are very kind moroccan woman and a wonderful authentic breakfast is made by them with great eye for detail. I especially loved the huge old doors of the clean rooms and the traditional dishes.

We booked one night at the Riad since we had to pass through Safi, coming from Agadir. We arrived at Safi late at night and were very tired. We could not find the parking of the Riad so we called the owners so they could give us directions. They explained it and we hung up after we found it. 10 Minutes later we arrive at the Riad and ring the door bell. No one answered. We kept ringing and knocking on the door for 40 minutes and in the meantime calling them as well! No answer from the door or from the phone! Very horrible experience since we were exhausted and hungry! Some neighbors passed by and tried calling as well but still no answer. We left very angrily and canceled our booking and booked a hotel in Safi where we spent the night! I also emailed the Riad to complain but I never got an answer back.

We are very surprised by your comment. On the 23rd, around 7 pm, you called us to ask for the road, then you called again, we explained to you where is the parking, Route du Port, it is very easy to find. You indicate having spent 10 + 40 minutes or 50 minutes around 8 pm in front of the door to ring and hit, there is always someone at this time: the staff who was informed of your arrival by your call and there was other customers. You did not phone again to say you were in front of the door waiting, which would have been logical. At an hour or two am, we happen to receive guests. You canceled your reservation at 21:25. I do not see any trace of the email that you sent later. We do not question your word, but this story is so surprising that we have no answer. Realy sorry, we dont understand.
